    How much is due from you at signing?

    NY Tax is against the sum of the payments, plus tax on the incentives

    As you can see, the MF is marked up slightly, for extra dealer profit.

    monthly fee $535 ; $4250 due at signing (2019 Premium Plus A4 AWD, 39 mo, 10,000 miles/yr). Seems very high. What is reasonable to counter?

    I get $467/mo with those prices.

    I would confirm the cap cost the dealer is using for their quote - might be higher than the $41,400 you shared with us.
