    Looking at a similar deal to the5rivers but different numbers disappointed 
    coming out to $905/m (tax included) on msrp $75.5 a7 P+
    selling price 60.5 + audi care + tax
    $1200 DAS
    36m/12k

    stated $750 loyalty (dont know where that goes) plus cover last 2 payments of current lease

    deal?

    It's a similar deal to his... taxes are higher in your state.

    Could you share please MF and residual on prestige for 36/10k and 24/10k for Ohio.

    Besides the 10k, any conquest? Also, did I see the above MF for Ohio at .00021? Is there an extra '0' in there?

    Could you share please MF and residual on P+ for 36/10k and 24/10k for Portland, OR? Also I am new at leasing. So if you quote the residual at 45% for a 60K car does it mean it worth 27K at the end of the lease (buyout price)?

    Correct on the residual.
    The residual percentage is applied to the full MSRP.
