Hello everyone. I was just offered a 36 mo/10K lease on a 2018 328D Sedan for $355/mo, with a drive off of $1,420. MSRP is $46,145, residual value is $28,148 and cap cost of $35,413. It's one of the last 2018's remaining. Good deal? Thanks for your help.
My local dealer (Indiana) 46902 said that BMW was allowing them to lease the 3 series again until June 1. Can you confirm this? If so do you have any MF, RV numbers for a 320,30,40i with 36/12?

.00177 is the money factor from last month. It isn't likely that a dealer would bother to markup the rate by .00012, so I would take them at their word.
So I was going to look at a 5-series, but my wife saw this 18 328d at the dealer, it's a demo with 1500 miles, she likes diesels and 45mpg.
According to the dealer the incentives are still available from last month, and the current residual and lease rates are in effect. So .00165 MF, $4500 rebate, $1k loyalty.
He told us, they'll sell it for $14k off, I said $16k, we met at $15k, so around 10k + incentives, or however he gets to $15k. So below is what I get when he writes it up. Fee's and fee's and "protection plans" and bad math. I'm on BMW/Mini #17, but only one from this dealer, never again.
Do some of these things actually slide with people? Math isn't hard, heck get an app, you don't even need to do the math.

Yeah, $385 was their final offer, called me about 15 times, but like I said, I was in the market for a 540iX, this would have been a wild hair car, but it cost them a new 5 series sale and a 3 series sale. I ended up in Lexington this afternoon, they're a bit higher on the 5, but they didn't attempt to scam me, so the $14/month difference is worth it, plus they had exactly what I wanted in stock.
The taste in my mouth was bad, but they lost $70,050 sticker ($63.2k-$5.5k@$663.58) for the 5 and ~$40k on the 3. She'll be keeping her old X1 a bit longer.
If Kia's MF wasn't so crazy, I might have went for another K900, the new ones are great, but actually more expensive than the BMW. She may end up with a Telluride when they aren't so oversold.
