    Hey Everyone, I’m pretty new to leases, I’ve never had one.

    I live in zip 92887

    What would be the MF, Residual, and Lease Credits (if any) for the 2018 vs 2019 Honda Civic Sport Hatchback 36 months / 12k mi

    Online it shows that there is $199 for LX deals with $2k down, so I wondering how that would work with all the math, or doesn’t it even matter, the dealer which ran my credit said I’d be standard rate not preferred so he was saying my MF is 0.00172 and my payments would be $282 + tax, does that sound right?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated, also if you know a good referral in the Orange County, CA or Los Angeles area, that would be greatly appreciated.

    Does it matter to wait till the 4th of July?

    There is no lease support for 2018 models.

    • 2019: .00108 MF and 60% residual
    • $1300 incentive

    If your credit tier drops you to .00172, that adds about $24/mo. to your payment. Current programs run through 07/08

    First offer I got was $264 incl. tax and zero down. I’d like to get under $250.

    I’m still contemplating if I’m going cheaper with the civic or more fancy with a cx5.
