Particularly when considering the above line items, I don't feel like this is that great of a deal - a penny for anyone's thoughts? The sales guy mentioned that he was applying some notable Costco-related discount to it, not sure if that's also bogus.

Indeed, thanks again here Michaell. For anyone interested, I wound up signing this Hatchback Sport for $252/mo including 7.25% tax with 0 out of pocket, 36/12, in SoCal. MSRP was $23,970, selling price was 20,399 if memory serves correctly, all drive-offs and 1st month were included in Gross Cap cost. Pretty solid deal.
