All that money upfront skews the payment.
Ideally, just put first payment and doc/DMV fee upfront ($165 in Indiana for those two?)

If you only had $500 upfront, your payment would be around $270/mo. (given your current parameters).

That doesn't seem like a great deal on a $22K MSRP vehicle. Just sort of average.

If I add the bank fee to the selling price, I'm within a couple dollars of that quote.

I went to the dealer last night and was quoted a 36 month lease at $340 with $2000 down for a CVT LX. I was blown away with the numbers because I see $180 per month on Honda.com. My zip is 08691. Can anyone help me understand? Thanks!
