    With the help of this forum and being armed with MF, RV, & incentives I was able to negotiate with leverage and got a great deal! If you're in the market for a Coupe Si, below is what I was able to negotiate. Please keep in mind I attempted to negotiate with multiple dealers before I arrived at this deal. Thankfully, my negotiations didn't require for me to spend hours at each dealer because I simply emailed dealers to tell them what I needed in order to sign a deal "today". If you're ready to buy, you have all the leverage, bcs if a dealer won't play ball simply move on to the next. First dealer quoted me $414/mth with $1000 down!! I also had 2 dealers tell me "those numbers are impossible, or...your numbers are way off, but good luck". Magically (lol) a dealer agreed to my "impossible" numbers:

    2019 Coupe Si
    Term: 36/12
    Location: Florida
    $279 TAX INCLUDED
    due at signing $279 (first month). Nothing else
    Tier 1 credit

    When negotiating, if the dealer's numbers don't make sense simply go to another dealer. Honda dealers are everywhere, and it's just a matter of finding one that is hungrier for a sale. NEVER go in person to the dealership. I did all this by sending the same email to 5 local Honda dealers and waited to see who was ready to take my offer. Stand firm on what you want to pay (using current lease figures & offers obviously) and you'll get the right deal.

    Picking the highest trim level will guarantee you a poor lease deal.

    Did you mean the Sport Touring trim level of the Civic Hatch?
