    Looking for clarification: the 1100 incentive on 2019 EX Sedan in 33405. Is that separate from the loyalty credit, or part of it. Elsewhere on the Edmunds site, it lists 1000 loyalty but doesn't mention a separate incentive.

    It has nothing to do with loyalty.

    And, it is a Honda to dealer incentive

    I'm confused about the incentives. I do not see either of these incentives offered at my local Honda dealers or on the Honda website.

    The reason I asked for 27 is that I've seen some ads around in March for 27 months good term vs 24/36.

    2019 Honda Civic EX Sedan proposed lease deal

    First, I'd like to thank all of you for sharing your Civic lease deals in this forum...

    I'd LIKE to, but so far, none of you have. I just don't get it. I thought the idea was to help each other get good deals and to prevent others from getting hosed.

    So I'm offering this little ice-breaker to the silent majority in hopes you'll find your voices:

    MSRP: $24320
    Selling Price: $20400 + 899 Doc fee + 595 Acquisition
    Adj. Cap Cost: 21894
    (help me out-would by 1000 Honda loyalty take 1000 off the ACC or not?)
    Monthly Payment: $267 tax included
    Cash Due at Signing: $1st month/reg./govt fees (not sure of total yet)
    MSD:**(Edmunds said there's an 1100 M to D incentive-but my dealer's finance guy said no, and
    showed me in the folder he uses.)
    Incentives:1000 Honda Loyalty
    Months:36
    Annual Mileage:12K
    MF:.00127
    Residual:14836

    Region: South Florida

    Have not closed this deal but think I could live with it. Still need to hear from another dealer or 2 on their lease offers, but the finance guy at my dealership was not especially happy about this one. (I know) Their initial offer was 21800 selling price, 100 below TrueCar value and a 320/month lease with no down payment. Then I got a 20600 TrueCar offer from another dealer so they knew they'd have to play ball. What is sticking in my craw at the moment is that several online calculators say I should be able to get this car for more like 230 a month...so PLEASE, share any offers you've received on this model. I'd appreciate any input from forum readers. Thanks.
