@kyfdx I was quoted $349 x 36/15k with taxes and fees down lol $1700 due at signing. I knew something was off. I'm getting $315 per month based on the info you provided. Thanks so much for the help, now to battle I go!

Is it just a location difference between the 0.00127 and the 0.00205 money factor?

Yes... for the Civic, Honda has split into Region A and Region B, with two different money factors.

That used to be common for Honda, but this is the first time they've done it in a few years (starting this month).

Hi...so here's the quote I received for a 19 Si coupe in Vegas/Henderson NV. Selling Price $22862 MSRP was $25220. $0 down (just first month) 36/12k with 62% residual and a money factor .00127. Doc fee was a little high $549. Payment $307....Thoughts?

Adjusted CAP of about $24K to get that payment.
Considering the $1300 incentive, that is a fair deal.
