I haven't seen a promotional APR on the Civic in your region, but if you can get 3.50% APR for 60 months, that is a good rate.

Subtract 1% from 12K/yr residuals for 15K/yr

Thanks, maybe I'm not describing my situation properly but I don't understand lease math and don't know how to find out if I'm getting a good deal.

How can I find out if a $295 monthly payment for 12K/36mos with $2,500 down on a 2019 Civic Sedan Touring is a fair monthly payment or if the dealer is trying to take advantage of me?
