    Thanks for your reply. How are the lease and dealer cash applied/work? Are those values deducted from the MSRP? Would this be the Net Cap Cost I input to an auto lease calculator?

    The dealer cash will be part of the discount offered to you.

    The lease cash is to the customer, and will be reflected as a down payment on the contract.

    Seems like you've got some big fees upfront.
    The rebate alone should take you down to the adjusted CAP.
    That leaves your whole $2500 for upfront charges:
    $595 acquisition fee
    $500 title/registration?

    That leaves about $1400 unaccounted for.
    Being Florida, there is likely a huge dealer fee.

    I think you could do a little better.
    Maybe, the same payment with only $1500-$2000 due at signing, rather than the $2939 you have now.
