    Something seems off. CA taxes the monthly payment, and I'm pretty sure the tax rate isn't close to 50%.

    Can you get a copy of the lease worksheet from the dealer?

    How do the cap reduction, rebates and cash down affect the sales price? Do you know the adjusted cap cost?

    Using the MSRP and sale price, as given, I get $1480/mo - before tax.
