Thank you for your help with getting my lease. I forgot to post this and just getting around to it. This was for 2020 Audi A3 AWD Sedan with Sports Package in Orange County 15k/36m. The city gives an additional $500 rebate since our sales tax is so high so that is why the rebate is $4000 = $3500 lease + $500. This was from back in January 2020.

what is the selling price on here (% off MSRP)? what is the money factor they are using? is it still supposed to be .00005 for zip 14526? MSRP is $39075 and when I add that as the selling price in the calculator (so no % off MSRP) it still comes up with a smaller payment than this workup.

If you live in NY, why is your tax only 4%?
The numbers to the right aren't necessarily the same numbers you'll have with the lease. I see no mention of the $895 lease acquisition fee.
This lease is about $550/mo, once you amortize the upfront money.

I agree but when I plug in the target price into your lease calculator with the MF of .0005 and 46% residual I get pretty close to that payment. Does the payment seem high?

The residuals are terrible on the A3. It is never going to be cheap to lease, relative to MSRP.
