    I confirm the .00126 MF.
    I don't have the 39 month residual but 36 is 51% and 42 is 47% so it fits. And, the dealer can't adjust that, anyway.

    I get $1227/mo with those numbers.

    What is the breakdown of the $3800 due up front?

    Confirm the adjusted cap cost the dealer is using for their quote - likely in the neighborhood of $92,500 for that payment.

    That's $3000 they need to explain.

    What are you paying up front, and what is getting added into the net cap cost?

    But, looks about right - $92,500 cap cost for that payment

    Looks like the the cap taxes are added to the net cap cost..down payment includes first month payment and upfront charges. I will ask what is included in the upfront charges

    I'd roll the bank and doc fees into the cap cost and make them part of the monthly payment. Less out of pocket, and you won't lose it if the car is stolen or totaled during the lease.
