    The payments seem to match the payment calculation.
    Assuming that the number at the top of each lease column is the total amount Due at Signing.

    Of course we are missing some of the lease numbers
    Acquisition fee
    tax on rebates/cap reductions
    adjusted CAP cost.

    .06% is the MF, expressed as an APR, used to calculate the rent charge (interest) for the lease.

    Negotiate the price just like you would for a purchase.

    Best to negotiate by email, with as many dealers as you are will to travel to, to ensure you get the best price.
