$31,147 after the dealer discount of $2388?
Also, it looks like the did the residual from the intial MSRP. It shows residual at 56% (which is accurate) for $18,780. Wouldn't they take the residual based off the $31,147? Which would make it $17,442?

Just read the fine print, they add in a $650 acquisition fee. So an additional $18 per month towards the monthly lease. So, the $399 would be $381. Would that be the sneak?

G'Day. Looking to lease (possibly purchase) 2021 Hyundai Tucson Ultimate. What is RV, MF and APR and are there available manufacturer incentive for 10468? I would also like to use MSD's to better APR/MF? What do you think? Thank you for your assistance

Hello. Can someone please help in decoding the 2 lease deals on the Tucson SE. My zip is 43016. Common in both deals: tax, title, and license fees excluded. So I'm thinking additional $40-$50 a month. Deal A: $125/month with $0 due at signing. Therefore, $4,500 paid in 36-months (tax, etc on top of that). Deal B: $97/moth with $2,750 due at signing. Therefore, $6,242 paid in 36-months (tax, etc on top of that). So, deal B is $1,742 higher in the 36 month period. Am I correct with my math and interpretation of the deal or did I miss anything? In Deal A, there's something about $2.5K KBB, which I do not know what it is so not sure if that's something I need to include somehow. Any insights will be appreciated between the 2 deals. Basically, I'm looking to lease a 20201 Tucson SE FWD.

Deal 1 assumes you have $2500 in trade equity; deal 2 expects you to pay $2750 up front. So, $250 difference, which is $7-8/mo over 36 months.
Are these offers from the same dealer? If not, the selling price of the one with the lower payment is probably lower.

Thanks for that clarification. Yes, both deals are from the same dealer. Deal A was their previous offer. Deal B is what they are currently running. Do you think Deal B is a good offer? I'm assuming without any further negotiation, the monthly payment will add up to be around $140/month (all in) + $2,750 due at signing. So I'll end up paying around $7.8K over 36 months. What would be a good deal for a 2021 Tucson SE FWD?

Good deal $138/month on a 2021 Tucson SE 10k/36? I have not signed the deal yet. Option B: monthly payment $102/month, with $5.5k trade-in (instead of $4,4350)

$290/mo, all in, is not a bad payment, relative to MSRP.
Be advised that the trade equity will be lost if the car is stolen or totaled during the lease.
