Edmunds forums helped me secure my 1st lease on a Toyota and now my new lease on a Lexus RX350 at 530/month/36 @ 12k with ONLY 1st month's due at signing. My options are just as the above- well equipped. Though I didn't qualify for as many incentives, still got a great deal. Thank you RDmn for all of your help in making this a super easy process! Good luck everyone. The ride is def worth the work!! ;)

    The maximum is 9.

    You cannot use any, as the base MF is already very low, and Lexus imposes a minimum MF of .00005 for any lease they write.
