@kyfdx - quick question for you, I’ve cut a deal on a 36/10 deal on a retired loaner 3 series @ 3180 miles (with M sport, convenience and driving assistance packages) - $2500 incentives total (including corporate incentives), and 18% off MSRP. Total drive off is $815 with $434 monthly. Does this seem like a good deal or is there anything else I should be looking out for before going in to sign today?

I’m located in California, 94555
Then, the tax number is irrelevant. CA taxes the monthly payment. Also, no mention of the acquisition fee.
You should ask for only the numbers that apply to the lease.
Hadn't gotten there yet, and their quote sheet doesn't specify. There is a doc fee, smog abatement fee, tax/reg, and I would assume first mo. payment. Looks to be about $1,200, but I'll need to circle back with them. Definitely no cap reduction, and I don't think MSDs make enough difference to tie up funds for three years.

I get $433/mo.+tax, if everything else is paid upfront.
Somewhere around $2000 would have to be added to the CAP, and 10% sales tax, to get that payment.
So, if it's ZERO due at signing, or first payment due at signing, it's not bad.
Thank you, sir. I tried the Edmunds and Leasehackr calculators, but can't seem to get the $433/mo. payment. That would save me about $70/mo. over what they are quoting.
While I understand there is no crystal ball, if one weren't in a rush, would you anticipate Memorial Day having better deals and, thus, worth waiting? Do BMWs really have "holiday" sales?

Looking for MF, RV, and incentives on a 330i RWD in 98103 (Seattle). I am also visiting 97035 (Portland) this weekend and would be stoked if there was a deal there.

Which BMW will have the most affordable and aggressive lease prices (lowest)? I am considering an X1, X2, 228i, or 330i to lease for 36mo/15k... Zip code 92602, Los Angeles, CA

The one with the lowest MSRP will likely have the lowest payment.

This means 15-18% off the original MSRP correct? Is there any other way to calculate discount based on the exact mileage on the vehicle?
Also just confirming
MF for M340i xdrive is .00093
RV for 24m/10k is 62%
RV for 36m/10K is 58%
$1500 lease credit
Can I also get 24m/12k and 36m/12k? Zip is 20009 if need be.
Subtract 1% for 12K
Our pricing advice stands - the more discount you can get, the better.
