    my dealer is quoting me a higher MF. Says that's what the factory is telling him. i have the specs right on the car, could packages, like a sunroof for example, change it?

    Packages and options do not change the base numbers.

    Two possible explanations:
    1. Dealer is using a different bank - our numbers come from GM Financial
    2. Dealer is marking up the MF for extra profit
