I have a general (newbie) level question on how to read the window sticker of a mercedes benz. When someone says they paid MSRP price for a car, does that MSRP refer to the top right number in the screenshot "suggested retail price" 104400 or lower right number "total retail price" 114770. Does the top right number represent the absolute base model and bottom right represent cost with add ons? When people are posting they negotiate 1% off MSRP which number is that referring to?

I know this is a newer model window sticker I have shown which is unlikely to get discounted but my question refers to any standard mercedes window sticker.

The bottom number is the one that is important - that's the one the residual value is calculated against, and the number you need to negotiate on.
