I've seen some rumblings about shifting #s on the EQE/EQS to push people into 36 months instead of 24 or 13s, so I'm curious if anything changed with the EQB.

I'm just curious if there's an edge at some odd month numbering. I've seen some offers out there for 48 months, so I know at least that one is real, but I probably don't want to go quite that long.

I just got quoted:

EQB 250 $60,970 sticker. $674 36mo 10k with .00265 MF about $3k total drive off. Dealer is saying $7,500 incentive plus another $8k discount or so. Seems like payment should be less.

It isn't unusual for a Mercedes dealer to markup the money factor for extra profit.

I have never leased before. I drive around 20K miles a year. I will save on gas but insurance will go up and wondering if it is better to buy vs lease EV (new and hopefully improving technology in next 3-5 years) when putting easily 15K and more likely 20K miles on new car. Dealer said better to buy if putting 20K but if its EV then better to lease even if putting 20K miles on it. Appreciate input.

Is the %RV of the price calculated from the original cost or the cost after the incentives and discounts are applied?

Example using 51% residual:

If original price is $60,700 ($52,200 after incentives), would the RV be $30,957 or $26,622?

The residual is calculated against the MSRP - the bottom line number on the factory window sticker, inclusive of all options and destination charges.
