    1. MY24 Cayenne S, $120K MSRP, 10K, $0 down, 36 mo, zip 78757. I received 0.0045 MF when I negotiated in March. Is that the true rate in march? If dealership marked it up, can I negotiate it to bring it down? Should I talk to my salesperson or the Porsche finance person?
    2. RV for Cayenne S, are both 36 mo & 39 mo 61%?
    3. Is the MF changing every month or quarter? When is the new rate usually refreshed, beginning of the cycle?

    Then ask your salesperson why he is giving you numbers? Might as well move on up, and tell them you wan the base rate.

    I am looking at a loaner 2024 Macan base model. I am looking to lease. I know you mentioned .00380 MF and 63% residual with no lease incentive in the comment above. Does it make a difference if my zip code is 89135?

    Looking to see 24/10k, 24/7.5k and 36/10k with a different zip code changes anything.

Just asking because this is a loaner car and manufactured/used starting from August 2023 (which is different than a new 2024 Macan produced in Feb 2024). Seems to me that the RV of this loaner should be lower than a newly built Macan

    The residual is the same, as long as they are the same model year. But, we don't know how Porsche handles loaners for leasing. There could definitely be a residual reduction to account for the existing mileage.
