    Should I be getting charged an $899 "dealer fee" on top of an acquisition fee? I'm also looking at a $600 "govt fee", which I assume is registration/tags.

    The dealer fee is from the dealer and represents pure profit to them.

    The numbers that we're working with are MF - .00120, 36/12. MSRP - $30,930, "selling price" - $29,326, Gvt fee - $607, dealer fee - $899, 60% residual value - $18,558, acq fee - $650. They're estimating me a payment of $420 with 6% state tax. I'm going to press them on the $900 dealer fee, since I am calculating a payment closer to $378.

    You're correct.
    - $1500 lease-to-lease incentive
    - $500 Mazda loyalty
    - Also, since I re-leased, they waved the mileage overage of 8,000 miles (or $1200 worth of extra miles.)
