The "Balance" number is not the actual adjusted CAP cost. The 1st payment has been deducted from that number, when it shouldn't have been (because it's the first payment, not a CAP cost reduction)
Ask for the Adjusted CAP cost, and the actual money factor used
Can you provide the MF, residual incentives for 50321, 36months/12k and 36months/15k on:
1. rx350 awd base
2. Rx 350 awd premium
3. Rx350 awd premium plus

I'm not sure you could get a worse quote than this..
I had a similar reaction. I assume I can negotiate away the doc fee and add-on? Do you think I can get a discount off MSRP given we're nearing the end of the month and they have 10 on the lot?

Just focus on the selling price. Know that just to get a run-of-the-mill deal, you'll need a $2000 discount (to make up for the crap), and the base MF of .00265. If they get you focusing on the "extra" charges, they've beat you.
