    Thanks for the info! I received 36/7.5 lease quote on 2024 450h+ with $3.7k discount of MSRP and $11k incentive. With $2.5k out of pocket it's still $850 per month. They must be using higher MF to inflate pmt

    With those prices, I get $787/mo, plus tax.

    Ask them what MF they are using for their quote.

    What's the shortest lease that one can get that will allow you to benefit from the $7500 lease cash promo? Will Lexus do a 12 month lease? If so, what's the MF, RV and any other incentives on a 12 (or shortest term lease) or 24 month lease with 7500 miles?

    North East. Multiple dealerships offered $3-$5K off MSRP. There is a fair amount of 2024 rx450 inventory there, so they are willing to discount
