Because you are in the NE, I'd make double sure this is an HMF lease. If it is, then the difference between 10K/yr and 12K/yr is only about $13/mo.+tax.
Maybe their quote of $507/mo, with you paying the remaining payments on your lease? I can't hear them from here.. lol
Leaving out your payments (which seemed they were included in the initial quote, but maybe not?), $2000 Due at Signing, and $467/mo for 36/10 seems pretty good.
