The base MF for the 2014 GS is .00015; looks like your dealer is marking that up on you. 36/15 residual is 56%. What is the selling price? Your quotes seem high.

Thats what I figured. He did not give selling price but I just asked for it. Says he is using MF of .00065 because he does not know what my credit is. Should I apply on Lexus Fin. site so I know where I stand? Just got numbers on a 15 from same dealer. Again not sharing the price.

I would specifically ask for the net cap cost -- by hiding this number, the dealer can manipulate the payment to favor them, not you. Information is power.

Ok got the car yesterday. Previously I posed my best deal on a base model GS was 41.0 including tax. Got the car for alot less. Initially I was offered 365 = TAX for a total of $385 South Florida. I asked about MSDs. No dealer will ever mention it. I was told it might save $40.00 a month but they would run the numbers. Total after $3000 in MSDs was $323.77 including tax. Up front Bank and tag fees $999. Car was valued at 45,000.00. Again in my opinion that doesnt matter to me. The only thing I care about is the bottom line number. Even my car brokers came in at 410 and 418.00. The broker I used in the past told me there was no way the dealer was going to honor the price.

And doing MSDs is one of the best things you can do if it will save $60 a month on a refundable payment.

We have no subsidized MF information for the 2014 GS this month.

I imagine there is a standard MF but we don't know what it is - probably around .00200, give or take. 36/15 residual is 56%

Was that a 2014 or 2015? Also, can you share the details of the MSD program, specifically how much each MSD lowers the MF? I've seen so many conflicting reports. Is it 0.00008 per MSD, or something else? Thanks.

No January lease information on 2014 model year. Guess Lexus got rid of enough inventory to stop supporting them.

It means that Lexus Finance isn't providing any subsidized lease information, making 2014's very expensive to lease.
