Pretty new here at leasing. Last two cars bought cash. Can someone please provide money factor and residual for G37 with premium. 36, 39 months and 12k or 10k miles.
I am also confused as to how the MSRP effects the monthly payment. If the selling price is $32,000 why should a MSRP of $36,000 be different from a MSRP of $34,000?
Thanks for all of your help. You gave me confidence to do this all myself!!!
First time post here, got a quote for g37 with premium pack for 10000miles 24months. Selling price 33000, residual is 25670. Total payment for interest is 230. Monthly payment is 239 (included 8.75% tax). Does this sounds like a good deal? Thanks.
I'll need the MSRP to run the numbers, but $239/mo for a car retailing in the mid $30's seems to me to be a darn good deal.

RWD or AWD? The numbers are different.
I am also confused as to how the MSRP effects the monthly payment. If the selling price is $32,000 why should a MSRP of $36,000 be different from a MSRP of $34,000?
The MSRP is used to calculate the residual - if it's 50%, then the residual value of a $34K car is $17K and for a $36K car it's $18K. If the selling price is $32K, then the monthly portion of the depreciation is the difference between the selling price and the residual value
$32,000 - $17,000 = $15,000 ($416.67/mo)
$32,000 - $18,000 = $14,000 ($388.89/mo)
So, the bigger the discount from MSRP you are able to negotiate, the smaller your depreciation part of the payment will be.
What are typical doc fees, acquisition fees, and disposition fees for a G37? Any other fees that I should think of for drive-off?
Doc fees depends on the state .. acquisition fees are standard for any lease. In some cases, they can be added into the lease capitalized cost to reduce the out of pocket amount.
Thanks for all of your help. You gave me confidence to do this all myself!!!
@michaell thanks for all of your help. It looks like the money factor was .00084 just two months ago for RWD. It dropped that much? That's great. Thanks again.

The numbers can (and often do) change each month, as the finance companies figure out how best to move product. Glad it worked in your favor in this case.
Let us know how the shopping goes and report back on the deal you made!
Anybody have advice on a selling price. The MSRP on a g37 prem RWD no nav. With illuminated kick plates and first aid kit is $36,835. I was going to try to negotiate to $32,500. Is this reasonable?
@kazuya_mishima I started at $32,000 and just stuck to my guns. I really wanted $32,500. $33,000 is a very reasonable price. I think I could have gotten then down to $32,500 but the salesman wasn't really looking to come down to $32,750. I should have gone to another dealer but it is across town and i don't have the time.
@kazuya_mishima if you look back a few pages people mention their selling price. They are all within this range and a few in the $32,600 range so it's really a doable price.
Hello all. My current G37x lease is coming to an end and I'm looking to lease another g37x. Can someone provide the MF and residual on a new G37X sedan (premium and navi) for 36 and 39 months with 15k miles. Also, does Infiniti offer any incentives for current owners? Thank you.

I found the VIN your requested. Here are the numbers including sales tax, with approved credit and the total due at signing.
Lease Payments
Estimated
Cash Down

36 Months

Annual Mileage Allowed: 10,000
Me: I then asked the dealer to break down the numbers for me showing me cap cost and MF.
Dealer:
CAP COST $33535.59
MONEY FACTOR .00027 (with approved credit) 700+ Credit on Equifax
RESIDUAL 61% $22,280.25
Total due at signing $1,000.00
TERM 39 MONTHS
CAP REDUCTION $350.32
TAX 29.18
LICENSE FEES 200.00
GOV FEES 66.50
FIRST PAY 354.00
TOTAL $1000.00
So I am confused... wouldn't that be 325 per month with 1k down. I tell him that and he says "no 1k down and 354 a month"
There is a difference between "down" and "due at signing" - 'down' represents a cap cost reduction, while 'due at signing' could include taxes and fees. Looking at your numbers, it seems to be the latter.
@Michaell said: Holy cow - under $300/mo for a $40k car! Nice deal
What is really crazy is that his lease is a 24 month lease. Right now if you get a big enough discount the 24 month lease is actually less than the 36 or 39 month lease per month. This is the only car I have ever seen that with.
This is all due to the enormous discounts this car has on it. The residual is way too close to the selling price.
Yes... big discounts and high residuals can result in the shorter term being less. Amortizing fixed costs like acq.fees over shorter terms can negate some of the advantage, but every so often the stars align.. I think it was about 2 years ago, they were offering 18 month leases on the G37 (or, was that last year?). I'd like a new car, every 18 months, please...
Hahahah...I love how you white knight car salespeople give out confidential program information. These people aren't buying a car from you. If I could track you down, I'd report your dealership to the manufacturer for violating your dealer agreements.

kyfdx any idea if q60 incentives will continue for June?
I don't know... but, I really can't imagine them going away.. Infiniti puts a lot of incentives on their cars to move them... It's been that way forever. If it was closer to a model year change, I might be worried about lease incentives changing.. No crystal ball here, but I sure wouldn't be hurried into a month end deal.
@kyfdx thanks. They offered what I thought was a decent deal with the incentives and vpp pricing...but I couldn't pull the trigger because I'm still waiting on my current vehicle to be repurchased by the manufacturer. Just hoping current incentives carry over.
Hi All – I’m new to this forum and have found it very helpful since this my first time leasing. I have been in contact with a dealer in GA for leasing a 2013 G37 Premium. The terms he provided are outlined below and was hoping you guys could let me know if this is a good deal or not. Also, if there are other ways to get the monthly costs down..I'm all ears!. I'm trading in my 2007 Mazda 6 with 75,000 mi on it (blue book value of $6,000)
On the graphite shadow/graphite G37 Premium sticker price is $37,020.
The Invoice is $34,439 cap cost of $32,446,35 plus taxes and fees.
$6,000 for the trade-in, Monthly payment is $258
This is for a 12,000 mile per year 39 month lease.
The residual value is $22,212. The money factor is .00100
