I can do a lot of things, but one thing I can't grasp, for some reason, is installing wiper blades. I put a set on my wife's car one time and the next time it rained one went flying off the car.@henryn,Well, that puts her one up on me. If many people (most?) weren't able to handle the assembly, I'm sure they would be out of business by now. Just not my thing.
One of my kids put together an Ikea storage cabinet larger than this, couldn't find the same one, when she was 9 years old.
I showed her how to use an electric screwdriver then let her do the rest herself.
I finally learned how to take apart the newer notebook computers, you get a bunch (read dozens) of the plastic picks (like guitar picks) and go to town. I miss the days when notebooks had easily removable bottom panels, held in with screws.
I just let the dealer do it now. Especially since they are replaced under warranty.

Now I don’t really have a need for a desk setup, but I ended up using most of the pieces to update my car wash station in the garage!

Just stacking up the imports over here. Bought one last night for my son, who will be getting his license in Feb.
It is a 1996 with 28k miles and the best condition report of anything I have bought from Japan to date. And, yes, LHD.

If we are going to play THAT game, then can I interest you in an ultra low mileage Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4Xe? Is there a more perfect vehicle for Colorado than a 4 Door, 4 Wheel Drive, Convertible. Heated seats, Heated steering wheel, as well as the ability to disconnect the sway bars with the push of a button. LOL!
Whoa! For his $25k cap, that’s very generous of you! @Michaell , jump on that!

Suggested I might need to get my own car.
Yeah, right. She'll come to her senses in the morning.
Re: Chronic Car Buyers Anonymous (Archived)
If I recall your TSX is red? Do you have any issues with fading or discoloring or did Honda/Acura have that worked out by then?Do I ever, but that's the least of it. The portions of the car that haven't been replaced or repainted due to damage (hit a coyote at 75 at night on the freeway, kid ran into me with a bicycle [really, I was stopped], loose tire bounced into the top of the windshield and roof, etc.) are definitely faded. The various repainted areas are all red, but slightly different shades. Fortunately I care most about how the car drives rather than how it looks. A complete quality repaint would cost several thousands, and I don't think it's worth it.
