I thought the Saab 9-7 version was rather attractive.
There was a movie where the lead female drove a Saab 9-7… I have no idea what it was but remember it because it was such an odd choice

Re: Chronic Car Buyers Anonymous
After my current dealer experience helping my FIL get a Lexus, I think I’ll go with a Toyota any day. Goodness.

I don't think the ES250 is a hybrid. Only the ES300h
Correct - just the regular 2.5 NA 4-cylinder.

You did a nice job..The last hour and ten minutes I was watching pretty consistently. It was feeling a little slow to that point, but the last hour got it done. I did try to work up the group with comments and photos.@kyfdx said:
$16,750Bravo @tifighter ! Well done! I left work and it was still at $9,400. I open it up later in the evening and it shot up to $16,750! Great job!
Were you watching the whole time watching it unfold in real time?

I might be scared of the EQS unless it had a really good warranty, pretty complex and they are known to be expensive to insure and eat tires.

I'll check his channel out. Found this one interesting.
3 year old Mercedes EQS for $34K. I'd bite if I found one at that price.

Re: [2010 Toyota Corolla S] Help me decide on buying this car or not
Hello! It's been more than a month lol, but the car has been running great so far! Just ran into some hitches last month - seems like this model Toyota had a recall for the airbags, and was fixed by the previous owner of my car. But, after sorting that out - it leads to some steering angle sensor issue that is tripping up the CAN Bus communication, and that is what I ran into! My dashboard was all lit up like Christmas, and the speedometer and tachometer stopped moving the needle, power steering stopped working too. Even the AC stopped cooling since it didn't send the temp setting to the computer. I had to shell out $200 for the SAS from rockauto and another $200 to get it fixed. The lights went off and the meters, AC, power steering started working.Update:————————————————
I got the car! They changed the brakes for me so I don't have to pay anything extra and I am all good! I got it inspected again, just had to change the oil and add washer fluid but nothing else was needed. Excited to drive this baby around! Thanks for the help everyone!
Congrats. Hopefully you’ll have good luck with it.
Just remember to stay on top of the fluid changes. The oil change is a very good first step but don’t stop now. Yep, that washer fluid is a biggie.
Let us know how it’s doing in a month.

But after this fix, my VSC OFF light is flashing and the Traction control light is on. The button that toggles the traction control is not working, and I ran into this one off situation where I was stopped at a signal, and when I released the brake to proceed, pressing the accelerator didn't do anything. And the brake was not engaged and it was hard to push down as well. But the car moved like how it does when you put it on Drive. So I had to pull the handbrake, and restarting the car seems to have fixed the problem. I haven't had that happen again yet. This happened couple of weeks ago. One mechanic thinks it could be the abs sensor? I'm going to take it to another place to get a second opinion. The VSC OFF and Trac light are still on. I didn't have this issue before the SAS started misbehaving, any insights?
Some of the rubber around the windows and such are deteriorating but I guess that is given for the age of the car. But it isn't causing any problems like leaks when raining and such (yet). And also I've been getting a groaning sound when I turn the steering wheel, or press down the brakes since I got the car. But this is rare and I'm guessing happens when there is temperature fluctuations and it is cold.
But otherwise I haven't had any engine issues and what not. The car runs great and sounds great.
