Re: Edmunds Members - Cars and Conversations
We noticed the past week or so that the guy who usually directs traffic into the parking lot at baseball games wasn't there. After nosing around a little I found out that a guy wanted to park in the VIP surface lot, but it was full. The attendant told him he would have to go to the parking garage.
Evidently this guy insisted on going into the full lot and ran into the attendant. Not once, but twice, knocking him down. All this in front of many witnesses.
Then the moron drove a short distance to the driveway that is always closed and blocked off on game day and tried to get in that way. That's where the police found him.
After admitting he drove into the attendant he asked the cops if they could hurry things along so he wouldn't miss the start of the game.
The attendant's dad told me the guy extended his hearing because he didn't have enough time to prepare his defense.

So last Tuesday the renovation of the finished basement stated- and was finished up today. LVP replaced the carpet on the floor and oak treads replaced the carpet on the stairs. Best of all I'll have about double the room to display my model cars.
My son and his girlfriend flew in to attend the wedding of one of his childhood friends. As it happened, I was asked to perform it. Nice venue, and thanks to me a very short ceremony.

When I was Commonwealth's Attorney I used a totally ethical workaround. It is extremely easy to have someone's probation revoked. You don't have to prove the violation beyond a reasonable doubt, hearsay is admissible, and the judge rules on the violation instead of a jury (did I mention that my judge was extremely strict on probation violations?).————————————————You don't understand due process? I’ll never understand why our legal system extends rights to low-life’s like that.

Probably not.
That guy more than likely has as many bills as he has rights. Only in America. What a country.

Here's how it worked...
Cop: "I want Joe Deadbeat to serve five years."
Me: We'll have to go to trial to get that. He'll take ten years probated."
Cop: "I want him to serve time!"
Me: "How long do you think that Deadbeat will go before he violates probation?"
Cop: "That knucklehead won't last thirty days."
Me: "Bingo! I'll probate him, he will violate, and the judge will revoke him; the guy will sentence himself!"
Cop: That will work!"

battery mower. Batteries were already charged up.————————————————Wedding went off without a hitch. Good time (sometimes too good) was had by all. Now back home staring at a very overgrown lawn that I really don’t feel like going out to mow.
And you probably don’t have any money left to buy gas either.
Nice to hear it went well.

Re: Chronic Car Buyers Anonymous
I'm pretty sure that's the offending car in the background.
Wife and daughter took the grandkids up to Wisco for my other daughter's company picnic.
Big fun for all of them.
They were gong to take my son in law's 2017 Explorer but I offered my ST since it doesn't have a lot of miles on it.
After the trip, my daughter wants to buy it.

@kyfdx,
Quite the recipies there.
I am open the the first and last options.
Hesitant to order again because the UPS driver tried to steal my delivery last time.

Re: Edmunds Members - Cars and Conversations
————————————————Huh.There's a guy who, evidently, lives close to me who drives an old Subaru Outback with ducks, and I mean a lot of ducks, on his dashboard. I see it at a convenience store when I get gas for the mowers.I saw a Jeep Grand Cherokee with a line of ducks on top of the dashboard. Is this acceptable?I've even seen a couple of Renegade with ducks. Idiocy is contagious.
Taking a break from mowing. Not used to this hot weather, yet.
I’ve heard and seen on FB that it’s “Moo Moo Subaru”, with cows left for other owners.
That’s living proof that what @roadburner just said in his post above is true. Gotta stay away from folks like that…far away.

Nope. Not yet. More a function of WA being behind on processing registrations.
