Well, car shopping to about to get more...interesting. Or become non-existent.
I’d bet on the latter once they kick in.
The local consumer reporter said buy now if you think you might be in the market any time soon.
Very glad both of our leases have 2 ish years left on them.

Any changes for April?
Re: FIAT (all models, all years) Lease Deals, Incentives, Rebates, and Prices
Thanks, the dealer matched the MF and RV, but I think the fees are unreasonable (but I never leased a car before). Let me know what your opinion is for reasonable fees.Yes, the $795 charge seems egregious for an EV; work to have it removed, unless they can explain why it's necessary.
TotalThanks
- Annual Fees: $850
- Total Initial Fees: $250
- Also what is "acq/chem/oil/sec" and why is it $795 for a full electric car?
All of OR have the same programs.I live in 97202, but I would purchase at dealer in 97470. (forget to ask if dealer's selling location or person's location are the determinant)Looking to get MF and % RV forWhat is your location?
2024 500e inspi(red), 24/10k and 24/12k, with $7500 cost cap (I don't know if this is possible with mileage over 5k/yr).
Is there a reason the MF's are SO LOW for this vehicle?
Will probably wait til April on this to see if my state will offer an EV incentive.
Thanks
24/12
.00016 MF and 55% RV
$7500 lease credit
Regarding the Annual and Initial fees, just keep asking questions until you are satisfied with the answers.
There will likely be:
1. Bank or Acquisition fee
2. Dealer fee
3. License or Registration fees
The Disposition fee is only paid at the end of the lease, if you don't lease another car of the same make.

@qbrozem,
Driving to work 1 day a week is great until it changes.

On the same forum where the 400k mile car acolytes reside I found this recently posted topic:Only if his midlife crisis was driving his grandchildren.🤣
"Mid life crisis car; Pacifica."
And yes, the guy was serious.

Unless you’re raising a family with kids involved in sports and you need the room for sporting gear especially hockey gear for 2 kids, that’s not mid life…that’s end of life.

I think most potential Charger buyers are holding out for the I6 or the rumored return of the V8.
Re: Chronic Car Buyers Anonymous
On another board a guy was extolling the virtues of driving the same car for 400k miles.
I replied, "If I was faced with the prospect of driving the same car for 300k or 400k miles I would cut to the chase, find the nearest 20-30 story building and take a swan dive off of the roof."
His response? "Wow, I guess some people value really different things."
