Re: I spotted an (insert obscure car name here) classic car today!
The plant site originally was Frigidaire, IIRC, where the IBEW folks worked. Owned by GM. I believe I've got that right. Our area had lots of Harrison, ACDelco plants for brakes and shocks. That was an old, long-standing plant IIRC.
I recall seeing the helicopters lifting air handler units onto the roof as they were building the plant--these were visible from I-75.

Yes, the "floor" of our workspace is rather muddy due to heavy rains all day yesterday. We needed it, though; the nearby fires are growing rather large, and the resulting smoke is getting more than tedious!

Re: Chronic Car Buyers Anonymous
Bradd, I considered a ridgeline lease a few times when the nice model was about $400 sign and drive. Still too nice to park outside. Now if my wife wanted to drive it, different story because that could replace her car and my truck! She just wants something smaller if trading away her car.
Michael, not meaning to be a shill, but take a look at a maverick hybrid lariat AWD. Because why not!

Re: Chronic Car Buyers Anonymous
From my pov the tires on the Camry XSE aren't ideal: 235/40/19. The 40mm or 4 centimeters of sidewall will result in a stiff ride lacking comfort I'm guessing. 4 Michelin CC2 tires at this size are $1140 at Costco with installation, which is getting somewhat expensive I feel.40 is not 40 millimeters of sidewall.
The tire size for my 2018 TLX 4-cylinder is 225/55/17. 5.5 cm of sidewall gives a cushier ride while still being sporty, if you have good Michelin tires or similar. 4 CC2 tires are $912.
The Camry's LE size is 205/65/16. Hmmm. That 6.5 cm sidewall will certainly give a comfortable ride, and the narrow tire improves mpg to over 50, but at the sacrifice of some handling and grip. 4 CC2s $824.
The Camry's XLE's size is 235/45/18. Still a rather thin sidewall, and so not exactly a comfortable tire, but better than the XSE from my pov. $972 for CC2s at Costco.
If I were getting a Camry I might be tempted by the LE to get the mpg and comfort. But in the end I'd probably want the XLE to get the near-Lexus levels of luxury. But I'd probably skip the pano sunroof etc. to keep the msrp at $35k.
40 is a percentage of the width of that tire
235/40 = 94 millimeter of sidewall
205/65 = 133.25 millimeter of sidewall
225/55 = 123.75 millimeter of sidewall
It's entirely width X percentage. The diameter of the wheel measurement has no effect.
Thanks for coming to my TED talk.

White seats can be a challenge to keep looking pristine. I've had two cars with white interiors. I find that I wipe down the light gray driver's seat in the Arteon weekly with leather cleaner.
It’s funny I’ve had my share of light colored leather interiors and some were worse than others. Usually the biggest issue was the blue jeans dye rubbing off. Lexol always took it right off with little effort.
I’ve driven the Ram 2000 miles over 7 weeks and no sign of it yet. I have wiped it down once already especially in the rear because kids

Re: 2025 Toyota bZ4X Lease Deals, Incentives, Rebates and Prices
We only have info out to 36 monthsThank you for getting me this info!Anyone know the res / MF / incentives on a Limited FWD or AWD, 36/10, in 44122?.00001 MF
Thanks a ton!
41%/40% residual for FWD/AWD
We show $12,000 incentive, but that it's only good with the standard MF (.00310, we think)
I saw that Toyota had been offering ultra low 7.5K milage leases for BZ4x. https://www.carsdirect.com/deals-articles/toyota-bz4x-leases-offer-ultra-low-7-5k-mileage-option
Do you know if this is still an option and what the res would be for limited FWD 36/7.5 or 48/7.5?
If it's available, then add 1% to the 10K/yr residual
