Re: Chronic Car Buyers Anonymous
Sorry but this is is a not attractive. Too much black plastic which looks cheap and the side pieces look awkward and out of place in a way that it it detracts from the side profile which otherwise might look good. Take out the side black plastic and leave the creases and add a metallic piece on the horizontal part and it would look much better IMO. I think the previous generation is very nice looking despite the gaping grill.Agreed! They really only needed to redesign that front fascia to have a really nice look on a modern car. I feel like they're trying to bring about the future imagined thirty years ago in "Demolition Man" or something.

Re: 2025 Mazda CX-90 Lease Deals, Incentives, Rebates, and Prices
My new monthly payment is $440/month. With the Mazda Pull-Ahead Program, they covered up to $1,000 of the remaining payments, although I still had to pay $1,200 for early termination.
Initially, my goal was to get 8% off MSRP, but due to limited inventory and timing, I settled for 6% off MSRP. I decided to move forward with the deal because I’ve never seen this level of incentives on the CX-90 PHEV Preferred before. Inventory was extremely tight, and the main $7,500 federal credit is expected to phase out in the next couple of months.
While I couldn’t get my first-choice color, I’m satisfied with the overall deal—especially the monthly payment. The dealership was 240 miles away, but it was worth the trip.
So far, during my long drive, I haven’t noticed significant MPG savings. Based on my calculations, public charging doesn't make financial sense with gas at $2.55/gallon and an average of 24 MPG, compared to $0.40/kWh and about 2.2 miles per kWh.

Re: Edmunds Members - Cars and Conversations
Hey all, emerging from a long and deep lurkdom thinking someone here might have some intel…
Going to be moving long-distance next month and looking to ship one of our vehicles. What kind of good/bad/ugly experiences can y’all share regarding vehicle shippers? Any outfits I should specifically look into (or avoid?)
I’ll be switching from a lurking member of the Kentucky chapter of C&C/CCBA to a lurking member of the Denver chapter, so any tips, tricks, or hacks regarding the area would be appreciated as well!

Re: Chronic Car Buyers Anonymous
<Yes, I have to agree. Though the new Camry is only slightly better in the frontal view. Just a little while ago I was out and came upon a slower car which I did not recognize from the rear. As I got closer and moved left to pass I could see they were visitors from Quebec, and that this car had a very good-looking design in the rear perspective, looking very modern and upscale. It was a 2025 Camry, a big improvement in that view over the previous version. The fact that I hadn’t seen one until now tells me they probably aren’t selling like they used to.

Re: Chronic Car Buyers Anonymous
A fully loaded Camry XSE with AWD has a list price of $42k. Theoretically for just $1300 more you can get a similarly equipped LEXUS ES 250 with AWD. The interior of the Lexus is nicer, the exterior styling is better, it comes with a longer warranty, etc. But the reality is that It doesn't seem like there are any Lexus dealers in the US that stock the base model ES, and so the real price difference in going up to a Lexus is more like 5k-7k. But perhaps there's a small chance the base model Lexus could be special ordered? An all-new 2026 ES is about to be introduced, but the styling is not my cup of tea.Sorry but this is is a not attractive. I thought the Saab 9-7 version was rather attractive. There was a movie where the lead female drove a Saab 9-7… I have no idea what it was but remember it because it was such an odd choice
I looked it up.. the movie is Untraceable and the actress is Diane Lane.

Re: I spotted an (insert obscure car name here) classic car today!
<Ms. Lane certainly qualifies as attractive. Not so sure her Saab does.
