2014 Toyota Camry Prices Paid and Buying Experiences
I have been talking with dealers between Massachusetts and North Carolina. It looks like multiple dealerships are offering 6-7K off 2014.5 Camrys. It seems some dealerships in MD and VA advertise a false savings( MSRP 27,159 -6262 Savings OUR PRICE 20,897 + tax, registration, and freight) MSRP already includes freight. Either the savings is not accurately represented, or the are essentially double charging for freight.
Anyway-
There are many different vehicles available in VA and MD, but with charging freight after the "savings" the discount ends up being around $5-6K depending on the specific car and options. In MA and NC there are true $6K savings, but not a wide range of options.
Are there any recent purchases of the 2014.5 Camry in MA, MD, VA, NC? I am curious what sort of prices the vehicles are sold for versus the prices quoted over the phone.
Thank you for any experiences or guidance.
I got Quote for 2015 Camry SE for 22,000 OTD with no extra options. not sure if this is good price for 2015. NC State
Purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry XLE,4 cylinder - convenience package, wireless charging, moonroof, blind spot monitor, radio entune premium audio w/navigation/app suite, wheel locks, body side moldings, door edge guards. Below is a breakdown. Vehicle purchased at Elmhurst Toyota on 11/15/14, factory ordered (4 to 6 weeks) - MSRP including destination $30,394 - Invoice including destination and advertising fee $28,023 - Internet price including destination and advertising fee $26,873 - Doc Fee $166.27 (State of Illinois) - Taxes $2,571 (Chicago) - License Plates and Registration $196 - Electronic filling fee $25 - OTD price $29,831.27
Remote Starter, aftermarket $499 - Viper 2 way LED Mudguards, aftermarket $162
Tried to do a deal on a 2014.5 Camry LE yesterday (North Texas). Sticker was $24.5K (around $1K port installed options) with an additional $1.2K in dealer installed stuff (LoJack, tint, pinstripes) - $25.7K total. I offered $20K plus TTL and they were stuck at $20.8K. I walked. No hard feelings either way. I liked the car but was not in love with it. I know my offer was probably zero profit for them but that's all I was willing to go. There is always another car out there.
bought a 2014.5 camry LE from a san diego dealer (kearny mesa), their thanksgiving special price was 18243.
had the worse experience in mossy toyota, they promised to match, promised I could select any color I want, then said they could only match on white and black. when we said black was fine too, they ate their promise and said they could not match at all.
luckily when we went back to kearny mesa, they still had one car and the color is just what we want.

We're there any options (port installed or dealer installed) on the car? That's a great deal, I think. Congrats
I received an OTD price offer in VA for a 2015 Camry SE in Cosmic Gray Mica for $22,500 last Monday with a sales price of $21,100 (including destination). In the out the door price, they included an regional advertising fee, refused to throw in floor mats, and charged a high dealer prep fee--are these fees avoidable based on this article?http://money.usnews.com/money/blogs/my-money/2013/05/16/7-car-dealership-fees-and-services-to-avoid)
Is there any way I can get the price lower or should I wait for Black Friday specials or even better Toyotathon Christmas Day deals/rebates?
Looking to purchase the Camry SE/LE (2014/2014.5) in the east coast region. Am getting a quote for $21k for the '14 LE. Anyone have any positive experience, better offers? Willing to pick it up within a week.
I was never informed by Hawaii's largest Toyota dealership, prior to taking delivery of my 2014 Toyota, that my car would not include Toyota's "Entune" and "SafetyConnect" features, despite the fact that the sales brochure for my Toyota model, as well as the dealership’s own website, listed both of those features as standard equipment on my model.
I am interested in learning whether other Toyota buyers in Hawaii were informed, either orally or in writing, prior to purchase of their vehicle, that one or both of these features were not available in Hawaii and that their vehicle would not be so equipped even though the vehicle sales brochure and dealership website said or implied otherwise.
New to leasing and have a few questions. I saw advertised price for 2014.5 camry LE for $79 per month with $1789 down payment. I am rolling all fee's and taxes into payment. Dealer offered me $135 per month for 24 months with 10k miles allowance. I am a little confused how it totals to an extra of $56 per month from advertised. Sales tax is 7% and $2250 bonus from TFS. End of lease purchase is $15422 and MRSP is $24005. Could you confirm if it is correct and a good deal?
I am also new to leasing, I hope I got it right that you still have to put down 1789, and then $139 /month (including all taxes, fees). All taxes and fees come out to 56x23=1288, sounds like a lot. tax should be around $9-10 a month x23=230 so he is hitting you with 800-900 fees
I am looking for a Camry as well and I think it sounds like a very good deal, because 1789/24+139=213.50
I haven't seen any good deals like that maybe like 1999 + 230 +tax
Hope my math works out. Definitely outragous fees but basically I wish I can find a deal like yours .
looking into a buying a 2014.5 Camry Se with sport package. can anyone tell me what price should i shoot for i got a $25500 OTD price ( tax is $2100 doc and tags are $300)
I paid $18,800 OTD for a Camry LE 2104.5 last week in Richmond, VA. The salesperson said he never saw a better deal in his entire career. Not sure how true is that, but I liked the deal
I paid $26,200 OTD(including tax and tags) for 2014.5 Camry XLE with leather pkg and convenience pkg. The car dealer is in suburbs of philadelphia and apparently I bought the last car,
I just bought a 2014.5 SE V6 with Navigation in Super White with the following options: Blindspot Monitor Body molding Convience Package Entune Premium Sound System Smart Key ( with remote start) Leather Package Moonroof
Hi, I have a lease deal on the table that I'm attempting to negotiate. Here are the particulars: 2015 Camry XLE in NC, 36/12 Selling Price $24,500 DOC Fee $469 Acquisition Fee $995 License Fee $28 Total cost of $25,495 The MSRP is $27,922 w/ RV of .61 making the residual amount $17,032.42. The MF the dealer is using is .00220. Making monthly payments total $338.49. I initially negotiated the "out the door" price down to $23,000 however now the dealer is saying they can't include dealer incentive cash because it's a deal to lease & not to purchase. Is that true? I can also see that they are not using Toyota to finance the deal. Can I ask for that to change? What else can I ask for to get this to a monthly payment that I am comfortable with? Thanks!

We don't have any numbers other than those from Toyota Financial Services, so cannot comment on your current deal.
You are doing the right thing by negotiating the best selling price.
Incentives often are specific for lease or purchase.
Start working with multiple Toyota dealers; the competition will help you get the best deal.
2015 Camry XLE base MSRP of $28,401 (Most camrys have Passenger Side Defect Seat !)
Dealer offer $27,300 OTD (9% tax included) in Slidell, Louisiana.
I did not purchase it because there is a BIG DEFECT in the "front passenger" seat. The passenger would rock back and forth while driving and I can see my passenger's body rocking up and down while I'm driving. I don't want my family to be uncomfortable riding with me.
You can find if the passenger seat shakes by putting your left hand on top of the seat bottom, and then you would hit the upper seat with your right fist at about 10 lbs of force. You will see the seat rock and feel the vibration on your left hand. Almost all camrys have this defect. Good luck and Rock On.

2014.5 LE, SE, Hybrid
2015 LE SE or Hybrid?
thank you
I don't think leases are available for the 2014.5 models.. $2000 cash incentives on purchases.
2015:
.00060 MF and 73%/74% residual on the LE/SE.
.00073 MF and 74% residual on the hybrid.
