Hello. Please help. I have made up my mind to purchase tomorrow, but want to ensure the best deal. MSRP 48620, selling 43500 (including 599.81 "rebate"). Acquisition 695, cash cap reduction 1283.08, total cap reduction 1882.89. Adjusted cap 46647, add cap 1394. Tax 3036 (GA) MF .00015. $2000 at sign, $563/month. 36/12k
Is this good? I was wondering why, if the sell price is so close to what's in the summer of audi with $379 monthly (MSRP 42,445, 3495 due at sign) why isn't the payment lower? Or should I just stop and accept the offer?

The ad doesn't include tax ($84/mo.). Ad has $3495 DAS vs. your $2000 DAS ($42/mo.). Your MSRP is 14.5% higher than the one in the ad ($55/mo.).
That accounts for most of the difference, I think.

Whats the MF and residual for the 2014 A4 premium (manual transmission) now that we are in October. I just got back from a discussion with a salesperson offering me .00087 MF and what looks like 53% residual. This is for 36mo/15k lease deal.
Is it unreasonable for me to ask them to waive the fees such as acquisition, lease disposition, or buyback option? Which ones are more likely to be waived? And which fees can never be waived? Please let me know guys, thanks! I'm goin in this weekend to buy, and gotta be prepared!

FWD - .00022 and 48%
Quattro - .00033 and 50%
Fees usually can't be waived, but can be rolled into the cap cost. You should be able to get 5-7% off sticker price at this time of year.

Hello. I'm trying to lease a 2014 A5 2.0T Quatro Tiptronic (prestige plus +MMI +premium sound +sport pkg + audi assist) for 36M 10K/YR. The dealer in KS has given me these numbers.
Listed MSRP=48,895 (Incl. destination fees), Selling Price=45483, MF.0015, Residual=56%, Incentives=1000 (Conquest) + First month payment done by Audi,
Taxes=1748, Admin Fee=200, Tags=30, Acq Fee=695,
With 0 down, monthly payment = 557.7
Please let me know if this is a good deal.
I don't quite agree with your numbers ... MF is .00015 (three 0's, not two), and the RV for 36/10 is only 50%.
If I plug in your MSRP and selling price with the above, I get a pre-tax payment of $594.81.
How does Kansas apply taxes to a lease? On the monthly payment or are they calculated for the entire lease up front?

It was my mistake. The MF =0.00015. The taxes in KS are on the monthly payment. The adjusted residual quoted by dealer is 27381.20.
So when you state that 'taxes = 1748', what does that mean?
Can you confirm that this lease is through AFS?

GA TAX 2998.42
DOC FEE 590
STATE FEE 42.00

NET SALE PRICE 47,461.42
PAYING FIRST MONTHS PAYMENT OF 565 SO THEY ARE SAYING AMOUNT FINANCED IS 46,896.42
They are saying the residual value is 51% with audi care
and a money factor of .00035
My concern is the money factor and residual numbers. I asked for 12k.
Can someone tell me if these values are correct. Looking to buy tonight or tomorrow.
Using 52% RV and MF with your MSRP and net selling price from above, I get a payment of $528.60/mo - so, $1600 difference over the lease term from the dealer quote.

Dealer call me and says Audi care was complimentary on all 2014 models but they have to disclose the 890 for audi care into the price now to justify the added 1% in residual. Sounds like bull to me, what are your thoughts...
paying 890 in sticker price more to get a mere 1% which is only 490 higher in residual seems like im still paying the difference, are they just playing hardball or what?
I'm with you ... AudiCare is a good deal, but adding it into your price, and then telling you it's complimentary? Maybe they need a dictionary?

Is it unreasonable for me to ask them to waive the fees such as acquisition, lease disposition, or buyback option? Which ones are more likely to be waived? And which fees can never be waived? Please let me know guys, thanks! I'm goin in this weekend to buy, and gotta be prepared!
Quattro - .00033 and 50%
Fees usually can't be waived, but can be rolled into the cap cost. You should be able to get 5-7% off sticker price at this time of year.
