Makes sense ... not sure why they decided to rebrand just Audi - the rest of the brands still use the McDonald name.

As it turns out, all of the "inventory" they show on their site is inaccurate. Not crazy about Prestige so might be back to drawing board on car choice. Was going to stay with Audi but may be time to branch out to something different.

You may want to expand your search. Plenty of Audi dealers in Colorado.

Not sure that MB or BMW diesel SUV's are going to lease any better.

We do not recommend using trade equity as a cap cost reduction on a lease ... if the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that money. Instead, consider using that equity as MSD ... can make up to 9 of them, each of which reduces the MF by .00005 each. Takes your MF down to .00060. Dealer can cut you a check for the balance of your trade.

36/12 - .00103 and 58%

42/12 - .00123 and 54%

Add 1% for 10K.

I think 36 months is the sweet spot.

$596.96/mo after tax but before MSD.

Not entirely certain of how Audi applies MSD - I believe 9 @ .00005 each. If so, $567.80 after tax.

I'm looking at below deal and would like your advice to see if it's good. Thanks in advance.
Audi Q7 Premium Plus, Gas. California.

The sticker price is $58,375 and we could sell it for $55,850. On a 36 month lease at 12,000 miles/year at .00103 MF with $5,000 down = $729/month on approved credit.

The discount vs. MSRP of 4% something looks shy to me but I'm having them at zero mark up on the MF.
The dealer has otherwise been fantastic.

With those numbers, I get $734/mo.+tax..
Assuming the $5000 is the full amount due at signing, and their quote includes tax, it looks like a fair payment for the numbers.. But, another $1000 off would put you at 6% discount, which seems to be the going rate for an Audi.

Also, to be sure, I'd want an accounting of the $5K and the net cap cost.

No lease support exists ... standard MF (probably around .00200) and 36/12 residual of 48%.

this is in Florida..tax is 6%..with tax the worksheet they gave me is $822.34.... from the above details it does not have the big wheels, same price but it is a Q7 PP gas silver with warm weather package only...

they gave me a detailed print out with sales price, msrp , total money down , etc...what could be wrong or different ? maybe they are buiding the lease fees and dealer fees into the payment ? since my Total out of pocket is jsut 1153

Ask them to provide the net cap cost .. it's likely that there are fees being added in there. Make them walk through all the math.

Thank you moderator...I created my own calculator and using those rates and I'm getting the payment you are getting .Now, if I include the Acquisition fee $595 and some BS Dealer fees (in order to get to the payment they gave) of $1200. Then the $2903.75 savings they offered translate to just $1700 off the MSRP (2903-1200=1703) which i don't think it is a great deal, right ?

Yes I need them to explain. But the cost that i have show you for the car i'm looking is that the correct cost you have ?

also doing the numbers again, i think isee they build into the payment the acquisition fee, the dealer fee and the first months payment since the Out of pocket of $1153 includes tax, license plate $400, docs fee $600 and other small miscellaneous things)..umm tomorrow i will find out :-)
