Use the "Make / Model / Year" pull downs to get invoice pricing.

Which engine? Numbers are different for gas vs. diesel.

Gas, I think I have talked myself out of the diesel as most my miles are in town commuting.
I am trying to get an idea of what I can realistically expect to receive off of MSRP. I've also seen a term mentioned that I am not privy to - I think it is MSD's ? Is that some sort of discretionary discounts that Audi dealers may have?

.00118 and 57% for 36/10. 4-6% off MSRP is a good target price.

MSD stands for multiple security deposit - this buys down the MF and the money is returned to you at the end of the lease.

I'm considering leasing Q7 3.0T 2015 Premium Plus, MSRP 56,180, sale price 51,180 + 695 acquisition fee. Lease is for 36m/10K
At 0.00118 MF and residual of 58%, with 1500 down to cover 1st payment and all the fees, I got quoted $684 a month. Is this a good deal? I wonder if I can get a better deal, since the new model is coming out next year. Thanks in advance!

I get a $0 down pre-tax payment of $713.72/mo with your numbers. I suspect a good portion of that $5K drive off is going to cap cost reduction.

Final Numbers ... Recently purchased a 2015 Q7 Premium Plus (Gas) , 20" 10 spoke wheels, Warm and Cold Weather pkg, all weather mats, and tow package MSRP $60,130... Paid $55, 500 ish? 36/10 Lease $4500 cash at signing CA - Payment $612 + Tax .. Hope this helps someone Looking .. Dealer said invoice on this care was $56,480 ..

The Audi numbers we have expired on 1/2/15. Then, we heard that they had been extended to 1/8/15.

I suspect we'll get new numbers today (if we're lucky) or next week (if we're not).

I don't have the FICO cut-offs for Audi, but 730 should be high enough.

The money factor wouldn't change.. The residual would go up by 2%

MSRP is 62,220, selling price 59,999, Net Cap Cost 61,515. Is this a good deal and what should my payments be including D.C. Tax? Please help. Thx

I confirm the MF and residual for 42/12.

With your MSRP and net cap cost, I get a pre-tax payment of $809.76. I don't know the tax rate or obligation methodology for DC on leases.

Thanks Michaell! I'm going to another Audi dealer next week to try to beat that deal. I think I can get the selling price down to 57000-58000 which should lower my monthly payment.

Every $1000 you negotiate off the selling price reduces your monthly payment about $24 on a 42 month lease.

I see a variance in the MF for the 2015 Q7 Premium Plus gas, between .00103 & .00123. Is it because of the term of 36,39,42 or new Audi Customers aren't eligible for the lowest MF without the security deposit? How does the term 36,39,42) affect the monthly payment with the info provided above (Net Cap Cost 61,515). Can you also tell me what is normally included in "Adds to Cap Cost"?

Lease terms up to 36 months qualify for the lower MF. 39/42/48 month leases have the higher MF.

If I'm reading the documents correctly, if you pre-pay on a 36 month lease, the MF is reduced by .00100, with a minimum MF of .00005.
