kyfdx, Carman - you are the best. I shudder to think about the car buying / leasing process without all of the help.
I'm considering leasing the 2014 IS250 RWD (loaded but not sure about F options). I'm floored by the 77% residual percentage (12k miles, 24 mos) for the IS250 AWD you mentioned earlier, and if the RWD drive has worse residual, it might actually be cheaper to lease the more expensive AWD, right?!?
When you can, please post March's MF and residuals assuming the 24 month, 12k lease, excellent credit, no MSD, for:
IS250 RWD
IS250 RWD (with F sport package if different)
IS350 RWD (I know there's a separate post for IS350 but figured I'd be lazy)
Just to piggyback on this, kyfdx is it really now 78% for 10k on a 24 month lease of a is250 rwd? I was told last month that it was 75% for the same terms (I wonder if they were lying to me now). I'm fairly certain the numbers for this month for is250s for 27, 36, 48 months at 10k are 73, 66, and 55. If you can confirm that 78% that is the best term by far. Also, is that money factor the national rate? As always thank you.

I'm sorry... my information for Lexus is terrible this month, and I anything I give you is not likely to be accurate.. I will say that F-Sport usually has no effect on the lease program. It's just another option.
What I was told: 27month, MF = 0.00105, RV=72%
What on the contract: 27 month MF=0.00110, RV=73%.
I only got $1,500 off MSRP, $400/month with $2,500 down.
Any comment? Thanks!!
MF is tied to credit. If you have 720+ credit, you should be able to get 0.00085, I'm guessing you were quoted for 10k miles/year. I would definitely suggest emailing 5-10 dealers (even if there aren't in your state) and tell them you want their best offer.
I would suggest putting as little down as possible.
Lexus service is pricy... You'll have to get it serviced twice, most likely... Probably a break-even deal. I'd ask what's included, and what you might have to pay for.. If it's just for the scheduled maintenance, I'd pass... If it includes brakes, if needed, then I might take it, just so I'm covered..

I see the Lexus deal for $349 for 27 months $1899 down. My local Nashville dealer sent me and email that shows 2014 is 250 rwd base of $37,180 $288 a month 24 months $1899 down 10k miles a year. Regional I guess can change based on inventory?
Looking to lease 2014 IS250. Either base car or premium pack. South Florida. 12,000 miles/year, 36 months desired, but open to other terms if more desirable.
Can you please provide residual and money factors for May - and any decent deals known. As of this evening, Lexus website indicates TBD under special deals. Thank you.
Was just offered the following numbers on a lease:
2014 IS 250 w/F-Sport package with Navigation and Blind Spot.
MSRP $45,083.00
Capitalized Cost $42,550.00
Cap cost reduction 950.00
Subtotal $41,600.00
Acquisition Fee (Bank Fee) $700.00
Security Deposit (1ST MTH PMT) 439.51
Total Payment Due at the signing of the Lease $2,089.51
Residual Value Percentage 69.00%
Residual Value 31,107.27
Term Depreciation 10,492.73
Interest Rate 1.68%
Money Factor 0.00070
Monthly Lease Rate $50.90
Lease Term in Months 27
Monthly Depreciation $388.62
Estimated Monthly Lease Payment $439.51
Questions:
Are the money factor and residual accurate per national advertisements?
How is the "Capitalized Cost" calculated from the MSRP?
Whats a fair price under MSRP to expect to negotiate to?

Hi,
May I ask which dealer offered your above quote? Thanks.
----------------------- After searching and searching... I found this numbers here: Lexus IS 250 F Sport MSRP: $41,922 ***
***Selling price: $37,600 ***
***Money factor: 0.00085 27 months - 10,000 miles/year ***
***$2,000 all fees included ***
***$304/month taxes included ***
***Residual 73% of MSRP
After a back and forth to match above in the dealer, I did a sign and drive only paying the 1st month down (26 left) with $380 monthly all fees included which basically match above. ($2000 down / 27 months = $74.07 + $304 monthly = $378.
Be patience, I printed the above statement, stating their competitors dealership send it to me, they said impossible to match like 3 times, back and forth, at the end they move their numbers to get me what I want. (2 1/2 hours back and forth)
Not sure what % of what they really moved, only know I got first payment made + $380 all in after that.
The math in both cases is about $10200 + -, so they are looking for that, keep that in mind. (($380 x 27 months) + 380 first = $10260 ******* ($304x27 months) + $2000 = $10208).
I’m new to this forum but I’m looking to lease a 2014 IS250 AWD with F Sport package then buy out at the end of the lease, I’m located at NJ. I’m wondering if this is a good deal:

27 months lease
12,000 miles per year
$1600 due at signing included bank feel, doc, DMV fee and first monthly payment
$398.00 per month included all taxes.

Use the pricing tools at the top of the page to find out invoice price and TMV for the car you want.
I would then contact the dealer and have them provide you with a lease worksheet; this should break down all the numbers and we can review them to see if they are giving you the best deal.

27/12 residual is 71%; 36/12 residual is 63%

No lease cash available.
These are the May numbers; the June numbers won't be available to us until after 6/2/14, when the current numbers expire.
Option 2
36 months
MF .00130
residual 26,094.72
10K miles
$399.08 with 3K due at delivery
$ 474.63 with 474.63 due at delivery
$12 more per month to do 12K miles
F sport
msrp $41403
sale price $38484
27 months $357.50
10K miles
Residual $29810.16
I think option F sport is the best deal, but I think sale price is a little high.
Thanks.
