Hi all, I've been offered a deal and I was hoping to get your input. Here are the details:

Monthly: 320

Down (all in): 1500

Also note: I'll be giving them my 2012 A3 (lease ends in Dec and they're covering the last 2 payments)

You'd need a CAP cost of $31,200 to get that payment. Looks pretty good.

Looking for some help in figuring out a lease of a 2016 A3 1.8 Premium in Denver CO.
MSRP $33,120
Selling $31,615
The only thing I remember from some preliminary numbers they showed me was $2995 down would give me a $309/mo payment on a 3.5yr/12mi/mo if Im remembering correctly. They may have also showed a 57% residual but I may be wrong on that.
I now think Id rather go for a 3yr/12mi and put no more than $1500 down but Im not even sure if their initial offer is a good deal.
Any help would be appreciated.

The 36 month lease is a little more expensive. ($20 mo. more), but if you make a downpayment of $3000, the payments will be about the same.

So should I figure this is a fair deal? The best I can expect or push for something better?

I have only leased once before, blindly, so Im trying to be educated this time around.

The residual is the residual. The dealer can't change it on a whim.

Numbers are national. Hopefully, there is a big, big discount.
