This is more of a 2016 RX 350 question but I figured I'd ask it in this forum cause it deals with Leasing that particular vehicle. My current lease will be coming due in December which is when the 16 model is due to hit the showroom. My question is about negotiating with that new model. Since the vehicle is one of their top selling vehicles and they know they are still going to do a high volume on that car where do I start with negotiating with the price of it? Can I start with the numbers I'm seeing for the 2015 model in these forums but maybe bring the number higher by maybe 1000, or 2k or by how much more is the answer I'm looking for. I just don't want to get hammered on the price of it cause its brand new and I have no leverage to go by because of that. I also won't have much of an option cause my current lease will be up. Any feedback is greatly appreciated Thanks

I think you should be able to negotiate some sort of discount from sticker. As deep as we're seeing on the remaining 2015's? Probably (well, certainly) not.
Just keep checking back .. 2016's are on the lot already (I have a cousin who just bought one a couple weeks ago; no idea what she paid), and by the time December rolls around there should be some information on these boards about what others have paid.
And, use the pricing tools at the top of the page - make / model / year - to help as well.
MSRP 50430 Selling 45000 Lease Cash 2000 36m/7500 Tax & fees (2600) rolled into a payment 7 MSD (3100) Monthly 469 Total due: first payment (469)
Thanks!
Using 61% residual (36/7.5) and .00060 as the MF, I get $458/mo with your numbers (net cap of $45,600).
Do you know what MF they are using, and what the true net cap cost is? If the MF is lower than what I'm using, then the price has to be higher to get to the payment you've been quoted.

I was told that MF will be zero as I do 7 security deposits and thought net cap cost was $45,600. Let me find out the true net cap cost. I wonder if the dealer applied the lease cash to the cost.

The lowest MF allowed by Lexus is .00005, so whatever number of MSDs gets you to that number (or just above it) is what will be allowed.

With the same net cap of $45,600, how much monthly payment (including tax) should i expect with MF .00005? MY calculation came out to be around $420. And how much would a monthly payment go up if the net cap cost goes up by $1000?

I get $416/mo with the new MF.
$1000 / 36 = $27.78/mo
I have not been able to confirm the net cap cost. However, the fact that $469 - 416 = $53 and every $1000 is about $28, unlikely they applied the lease cash. I will confirm. Thank you for your help.
Hi - would like lease factor and residual for an RX350 AWD for 33 and 36 months at 10k miles for California. I believe there is $2k lease cash through today. Any other incentives?

Residuals are good until 1/4/16 ... 63% for 33/10 and 60% for 36/10.
.00060 and $2000 lease cash good through today. New numbers available later this week.
Are residuals and MF numbers good for the 2016 model also? I'm hearing dealers are starting to receive them and I need to figure out some numbers. Thanks in advance

Hi Michaell, Do you have an update on the MF for Nov ? I am in contact with a dealer for a RX350 12K/36months and he is quoting that the new MF is 0.0011. Seems like it has almost doubled from October's MF 0.0006.

I'm being quoted 64 percent residual and a MF of .00170 on a 16 RX F Sport. While we don't know the 16 numbers yet could these numbers be correct or do they SOUND inflated? Again, I understand you don't have exact numbers yet, just looking for any feedback.

Still .00060 for November, for the 2015 model
Would this differ based on the state of lease? I have inquired in 2 different showrooms in Houston and both quote 0.0011 an say thats their elite tier ( I have excellent credit history).

There could be regional differences in the Lexus lease numbers; unfortunately, we don't have information for all regions.

But, I'll say that seems doubtful. .00060 MF is the national number. Usually, if there are regional differences, they will have an incentive and the number will be lower, not higher.
Hi I would like to get monthly payment in california..
36 month/12000 miles 0 out of pocket cost.
2015 RX350 AWD MSRP 47789 Net Cap Cost 43000 Trade-in of about +2000 sales tax here I believe is 8.5%
59% and .00060 for 36/12 on the 2015 RX.
With your numbers, I get a payment of about $429/mo including tax.
Thank you ... is that with the 2000 lease cash? Also... $429 and you mean tax is included into the monthly right? sorry I get confused with that wording..

We use the NET CAP cost that you provided, and "including tax" does mean that tax is included.
Thanks for the education I received on this forum. It made me an informed lessee. I just leased a 2015 RX350 AWD 36/12K with Navigation and Premium Package - MSRP $50,600 approx for $451 with first month payment made by Lexus. This includes 5% tax. I live in Colorado.
As a side Lexus now has cash of $2000 which helps. MF was 0.00060 and Residual was 59%. For the GS model the lease cash is $5000 which is kind of amazing.

Where in Colorado do you live where the sales tax is 5%? Mine is 8% in the Denver suburbs.

I am entirely new to the lease world and having not done this before i am little skeptical too. Appreciate if experts can please help me.
Leasing 2015 RX 350 fully loaded with NAV. State is MD. I am also trading in my old one for a good price.
Going in for 48 months lease @ 440/month with 2800 down. first month installment is free.
A few questions to help us fully understand the situation.
What is the MSRP (bottom line number on the window sticker)? What is the selling price you negotiated? How many miles per year is this? How is the $2800 due at signing broken down (taxes, fees, down payment)? What are you trading in, and how much equity is there? Is that equity being applied to the lease?
Maryland is one of just a few states that taxes the entire selling price of the vehicle, which makes lease payments more expensive.
I see references in the forum to $2000 cash back for 2015 RX 350 as recently as November 7th, but I could not see any incentives other than Financing listed here (http://www.edmunds.com/lexus/rx-350/2015/car-incentives.html) for this car since Nov 2nd. Can you please confirm whether there is still a 2k incentive? And if so, why doesn't the incentives page have it?

The $2000 is a factory to dealer incentive which the dealer can choose to pass on to the customer. Not a consumer incentive, in other words.

Sure, but shouldn't it be listed in the incentives section? It was before November 2nd. I just want to be sure it's still applicable and did not disappear with October

Edmunds doesn't list dealer incentives, only consumer incentives.
For some reason they never gave me the break up print out. I will ask them for sure tomorrow as i am thinking to close it
2015 RX 350 with NAV, Blind Spot, Sunroof etc MSRP was ~51K selling price negotiated was around 43K( I am not sure but hoping this is what I saw. 10K miles limit. $2800( I will have to get the break up here. Lease is 440 for 48 months.( after reading the posts I will have to check if it covers damage insurance)
Car trading in is a CRV 2008 with 70K miles. 4 WD LX. offered 8800. Better off the lot as maximum offered was 8500 with the other dealership.
The reason I decided to go for a lease is I was close to finish the deal on BMW X3 fully loaded for 50K@1.99% for 60 month which costed $800. I thought lease options allows me to enjoy both the worlds and lexus costed the least and obviously X3 lease was close to $715.
Hi Michaell, Do you think the offer is good? Yes thats what the dealer said. he will use the $2800 for the upfront cost and give me a check for $6000. I felt this option was much better than buying as I would end spending $800/month. I do need to make sure it includes wear and tear insurance. I am scared of dings and scratches. I am hoping its worth to carry this.
Thanks again. Appreciate your time. I am so new to the lease world.

I don't track selling prices, but $8K off sticker seems like a pretty good discount.
Nobody expects your car to be in perfect condition when you turn it in at the end of the lease. I'm not certain the wear and tear insurance is a good value.

selling price negotiated was around 43K( I am not sure but hoping this is what I saw.
Thanks again. Appreciate any help.
I was told $2800 is for all the tax title fees etc.
Let us know how things work out at the dealer today.

Nobody expects your car to be in perfect condition when you turn it in at the end of the lease. I'm not certain the wear and tear insurance is a good value.
