So is Lexus giving a bunch of Dealer cash back on these vehicles right now? I am just wondering how the deals are so good. This guys is showing me the invoice price and its like 300 less than the quoted price. I understand dealer holdback is sacred, but should I just be calling his bluff on the dealer cash?

Negotiating is hard.. I'm not that good at it. Just persistent, and shop enough dealers until I get what is reasonable. We don't have the info on dealer incentives, but obviously, something is there..

Do you have the money factor? What options are on the car? What is your zip? And can you call out the fees in the deal (e.g. acquisition, documentation, etc.)?

Is the $1,500 lease cash still available during August?
Would it be more cost-effective to lease now and purchase at the end of the lease, instead of buying without the additional $1,500 incentive? I don't know how to do the math, but I'm thinking $1,500 lower sales price with the lease = lower residual and lower overall out of pocket, to lease and then purchase?
I'm planning on keeping the car long-tem, hopefully 10+ years. Thanks in advance for your help.

The residual is a fixed percentage of MSRP. It doesn't go down, just because the price is lower. Considering the $700 acquisition fee, leasing to own is not going to be cost effective, in most cases.
If you want to own the car for 10 years, then buy it.
2015 Lexus RX 350 base with Premium pkg MSRP of $46,138 24 Month lease 10k miles/yr $1k out the door (including 1st month) $343/mo ($375 with tax)
How'd I do?
Looks like a great payment. What was the selling price?
To be honest, I don't know. I did it all over email and just pitted dealer against dealer to see who could give me the best monthly payment with the least out the door $. I used a lease broker's advertised "special" price as a starting point and went from there. Feels like a pretty good deal, though.

Well, apparently I COULD have done better. Because I'm now down to only $375 out the door... Will let everyone know where I land!
I'm a first time leaser and I would like to run some prices through you guys given by my salesperson at a leasing company.
2015 Lexus RX 350 base AWD MSRP on paper: $46,309 36 months lease 7,500 miles per year $1,635 due at signing $435 each month
Rebate as cap reduction: $1,500
I reside in New York if that helps. Is there room for some negotiation? What do you guys think? Thank you so much!
What is the selling price - or, better yet, the net cap cost? What is the breakdown of the $1635?
36/7.5 numbers on the RX are 62% and .00070. There is $1500 lease cash and the first payment is complimentary.
The purchasing option is $28,700. I'm not sure what the net cap cost is; the paper doesn't say anything. The breakdown of the $1635 is the first months payment and the standard fees. Is it too much?

There has to be a selling price or a cap cost somewhere in the lease agreement paperwork.
No, $1635 is an OK amount for up front costs; just better to know how it breaks down.
