    Working deal now for a 2015 Lexus RX350 AWD Crafted Line in New Jersey.

    MSRP 54,544
    Sales Price 52,300 (includes 1,500 Lexus lease incentive)
    MF .0009
    Residual 61%
    2,500 due at signing (First Month, Tax, Title, Doc Fee)
    Payment looks to be 600 (tax paid upfront)
    36 months / 10k miles

    Waiting to hear back more on the fees, but feel 4% off MSRP on a outgoing model isn't significant for me to sign on the dotted line.

    Considering a Q5 3.0T and BMW 335xi (wild card). I tried to run the numbers on a X5, Q7, ML and Lexus GS but nothing came in the $600 ballpark.

    Actually, less than 4% if you back out the $1500 lease cash.

    You might try a different Lexus dealer - only takes one to match the numbers you are looking for.

    I confirm the MF of .00040 and a 36/15 residual of 58% on the ES350 Crafted Line; however, when I plug your numbers into my spreadsheet, I get a pre-tax payment of $493.69.

    There is also $1500 lease cash available this month; I think you can do better on the selling price, then back out the lease cash from it.

    Where do you live and what is the tax rate?

    Confirm with the dealer what the net cap cost is on this offer.

    Thank you for your reply... I live in New Jersey where the tax rate is 7%. If your getting a pre tax payment of $493.69, it looks like $475.73 is a good deal, correct? On the lease agreement they are showing a line item for a $1,500 rebate. Do you believe I can do better on this lease deal? Thank You!

    Yes, if your payment is lower than my calculation, then it looks like a good deal.

    I don't track selling prices, so I can't tell you if you can do better.

    MF = 0.0009
    Miles/year = 12K
    other fees =50 max 150$
    Residual value 27863

    DMV = 1.35 %

    What number are you using for the CAP cost? If it's $40388, then I get $414/mo.+tax.

    Is this a dealer quote? Did they quote a payment?

    Hi all. New to the Forum, Lexus, and Leasing. Thanks so much for the valuable info so far.

    I am working with a dealership to get a lease on the 2015 RX 350 F SPORT AWD. Here are the figures:

    MSRP = $52,804
    Selling Price = $47,166
    Terms = 36 months / 12,000 miles
    Fees = $856 (asking for the breakdown; asking if this includes license plate fees)
    Total Due at Signing = $2,350
    Monthly Payment = $483.81 (including taxes)
    Residual = Unknown (will ask)
    MF = 0.0009

    I realize this is a great deal. We were looking at several options re: total due at signing, mileage per year (10,000 and 12,000), and terms (24 / 27 / 36 months). Is there a sweet spot? Is it better to wait, given the 2016 model change? How should I proceed with negotiations? Should I have them cover plate fees if not included? What about MSDs (and are they worth it?)? Anything else I should be considering?

    Thanks!

    60% and .00090 are the 36/12 lease numbers for the RX350 this month. $1500 lease cash. 69% for 24/12 and 67% for 27/12. Add 1% if you want 10,000 miles per year.

    Using your MSRP and selling price, I get a payment (pre-tax) of $501.06/mo. Is the difference between the $856 of fees and the total due at signing of $2350 being used for cap cost reduction (down payment)?

    At the moment, the $483.31 quote (with taxes) looks pretty strong.

    Hi everyone, first time leasing. I've been e-mailing internet sales and so far, received a price from one dealer:

    MSRP $50270
    Sale price $44770 after $1500 Lexus rebate

    Dealer is giving me a discount of just under 8% of MSRP. True Car for my area (Boston, MA but this is a Rhode Island dealership) says a good price is 8.41% off MSRP, but after reading these posts, I see people are getting upwards of 13-14% off. Do I negotiate according to TrueCar results in my area or should I try for more?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi, I received the following quote from a SoCal dealer for a RX350 2015-

    MSRP: $46,138
    Initial Cap Cost: $40,000
    Total Add Cap Cost: $729
    Cap Tax 9%: $55.77
    Customer Cash Down: $3,000 (Told him MAX MSDs)
    Cap Cost Reduction: $619.54
    Adjusted Cap Cost: $40,109.46
    Rebate: $1,500
    Total Sales tax: $1,153
    MF: .00006
    Term: 36M & 10k
    Residual @ 61%: $28,144.18
    1st Payment: 7/18
    Monthly Payment: $336.47 and $366.75 w/ tax.

    This is with $0 drive off, but with no 1st month comp. I think I have a good deal, but I am trying to figure out how the salesman got to $40,109.46 (adjusted cap cost) and the monthly payment of 366.75. I get a number closer to $355 including tax. thanks!!

    My numbers are within a couple of pennies to what's quoted. Ask the dealer how they went from a sell price of $40,000 to the adjusted cap cost of $40,109.46 - I'm sure there are some fees in there they haven't broken out.

    Looks like a screaming deal to me for an SUV that stickers at $46K - the MSDs are absolutely helping your cause.

    Guidance would be helpful on a lease offer!

    MSRP $51,614
    Offer: $3000 off the car for price of $48,614 not including taxes + registration. (Post-tax + fees/licensing is $52,481.66).

    24 month, 10K lease with a $1500 rebate: one-time payment of $14210, which averages out to ~ $592/mth.

    MF: 0.00041
    Residual: 70% ($36,129.80).

    Vehicle includes:
    All Weather Floor Mats w/ Cargo Mat
    Comfort Package
    DVD Premium Audio For Navigation
    Wheels 19" Triple-Split 5-Spoke Alloy
    Navigation Package
    Intuitive Parking Assist
    Towing Prep Package
    Wood & Leather-Trimmed Steering Wheel & ShiftKnob
    Preferred Accessory Package

    Dealer just offered additional $500 off of the above, so the one-time lease payment would now be $13,667 (~$570/mth). Is it unreasonable to ask for remote start to be included in this offer?

    Any advice would be much appreciated.

    MSRP: $50,403
    Negotiated price (after rebate): $42,671
    MF: .00075
    Residual: $33,265 (30 Months), $30,745 (36 Months)
    0 Down
    Monthly payment: $487.55 (30 Months), $491.30 (36 Months)

    This seems like a screamin' deal. Any thoughts? How are the calculations looking?

    I guess we need to know the CAP cost for your 0 down deal.

    At that MSRP and negotiated price, I get $386/mo.+tax for the 36mo, 10K/yr term.

    I am currently leasing 2013 RX350. I have one more year. I want to take advantage of current model.
    What are the MF and residual values? 24/36 months - 10k

    Also is it better to wait for Lexus Golden Opportunity event?

    I am currently leasing 2013 RX350. I have one more year. I want to take advantage of current model.
    What are the MF and residual values? 24/36 months - 10k

    Also is it better to wait for Lexus Golden Opportunity event?

    Hey, i am looking at potentially getting a 2015 RX450h in NJ - the dealer told me MF .00090 with 59% residual. I have a 2k incentive with 3500 down - i am coming to around $522/mo, the dealer is quoting $589/month. the MSRP is 57,989. Truecar says this car could sell for $55,002.

    From what i have read the dealers don't wiggle too much on the 450H, is this a good price or should I haggle for lower?

    thanks for any thoughts

    What is the net cap cost?

    We don't recommend putting money down on a lease - if the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that money.

    I'm looking at:
    MSRP: $49,253
    Negotiated Price: $43,925

    Term: 24 months
    Miles: 10K

    I'm in Southern California. Can someone help me figure out what the lease would look like on this? I have the basics - but not sure what the drive off would be, assuming $0 down. I know it includes Registration, first month payment, but what else?

    Thanks!

    .00090 MF and 70% residual. $1500 lease cash.

    $464/mo.+tax (assuming the $1500 has been factored into your neg.price).

    Due at signing: 1st payment, $700 acq.fee, $500 title/registration, $80 doc fee. (about $1800).
    You could roll the acq.fee and the doc fee into the payment. That adds about $33/mo. to your pre-tax payment, but lowers your due at signing by about $750.

    Looking for Residual & MF for a 2015 RX350 (AWD). 36 month & 48 month... 7,500 & 10,000 mile allowance. Also, need to see how they calculate tier (based on FICO scores) and how that effects the mf... We're in NJ... Thanks!

    Excellent! That's great info... How do they look at tier 2 & 3 (in terms of FICO scores)? ...and how does that effect the mf? I think my FICO is 690 to 705...

    Top tier for Lexus is Tier 1+.

    Next tier down is Tier 1, which is 690+ (.00100)

    After that, money factors go up very quick.y.
