320xi - 62%

3-series also has $1000 anniversary credit this month. Pretty easy decision.

335i - .00129 and 66% (30/15) or 63% (36/15). $1000 anniversary cash.

Add 2% for 12K or 3% for 10K

Nope... that's using the selling price as CAP cost.

Everything else is on top of that.

Question re how much discount I should expect on MSRP of 2015 M235i xDrive coupe. MSRP is 55890. Dealer offering 0.00130 MF with 62% residual. Will go down to 0.00081 MF but won't budge on the price more than 5% (asking 53095) which includes an apparent $1000 discount if I participate in the June olympic drive event (so he's taking about 3% off the car and getting the additional 1K credit). With sales tax of %6.25, I'm arriving at monthly payments of $620. Is this fair? Too much? Am I being greedy looking for more discount? Thx.

5-7% off sticker is pretty good discounting for BMW.

The base MF is .00129 this month; after 7 MSDs, it's reduced to .00080.

I get $619/mo after tax and using a .00080 MF, so pretty close to your dealer quote.

I did read back, but most posts are about MF and RV. Not too many comments on the negotiated price which is just as important to reduce your capitalized cost and subsequently the finance charge (MF) on that balance.

What is the base aquisition fee?
I am curious to find out if any current loyalty incentives?
Did any one get below invoice.

Sorry, but I dont necessarily trust "true price" "true value" etc.... if you solely rely on that, it becomes self fulfilling. I suspect even the "invoice" prices have some profit in them. THat's why i put them in quotes.

Base acquisition fee is $795. There are no loyalty incentives, except a waiver of the disposition fee, if coming out of another BMWFS lease. No other incentives on the 2-Series

Me thinks BMW has a few too many 2-series on the dealer lots and need to get rid of them.

Wow. I got jacked. Just got one yesterday. In my case cost of lease went down by $1433. That sucks for me. Oh well.

for the benefit of others:

I was able to get a loaded 228 at invoice price, but the lease acq. fee was marked up by $200 to $995. MSRP was $44250 and purchase price (invoice) was $41350. RV was 61 (this has gone up to 64!) and MF was .00129 which was bought down to .00080 with purchase of 7 MSDs (multiple security deposits - you get this deposit back at end of lease). My lease payment with $0 down except for license ($400) and doc fee ($35) and first payment ($537) is $537.

So now you can do better -- with the higher RV and lower MF your payment for this car would be around $488 everything else being equal.

FWIW, I've seen folks wait until the new month rolls around to see if the deal got better and it didn't - either the residual went down, the MF went up or the lease cash went away. Priced themselves out of the market.

All 2-series residuals are 61% for 36mo, 12K/yr.... just like last month.

Am I missing something? On their site, BMW currently offering M235i xDrive coupe lease offer: 48,550 MSRP, 3000 cap cost reduction (cash), 36 months with residual of 30,101 (62%) for 36/10,000 lease (http://www.bmwusa.com/standard/content/vehicles/2015/2/m235ixDrivecoupe/OfferDetail.aspx?NAModelCode=152K&OfferType=1&regiontypeid=3). I am trying to work this out with MF of 0.00129 but I just can't get the $499 that they advertise. Monthly payments I come up with are $526.72 (not including tax). To get 499, I have to bring MF down to 0.00093. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong or if the MF is truly supposed to be that low???

So residuals are the same at 62% for 10k? What is the money factor for M235i xDrive for June? 10k/36mo. Currently Seattle area dealers won't budge MF beyond 0.00169.

Base MF this month is .00128

Those dealers are marking up the money factor the maximum.

Yup, that's what I thought. They all stick together on it too. It's quite annoying. I'll have to do some calculations and see if it's worth it to travel to Portland if they will honor the base MF.

Montly payment pre tax?  Theres incentivrs from what i seen on edmunds 1000 college graduate and 1000 bonus cash can that be applies to what i would due at signing taxes fees etc

I'm looking to take European delivery on a 2016 m235i convertible by way of a lease. I recognize that 2106 lease rates are not out yet, but how generally does it work when you lease a car through the European delivery? Is the MSRP upon which the residual is calculated the USA price or the European delivery MSRP
