Thanks very much, kyfdx! Most useful. Yes you are correct, this is for 36/10.

Can you provide me with residual and money factor for MC COUNTRYMAN AND COUNTRYMAN S FOR 36/12 IN FLORIDA?   Also please confirm $1500 lease cash please?
How much off msrp is a good deal on a mini?  Seen an ad on miniusa.com that states that on top of incentives and offers theres also  $2200 off msrp for black friday weekend....

.00043 MF and 57% residual for either model. $1250 customer cash on base or $1500 on S

I would guess that the $2200 off advertisement included the customer cash. The advertised deals assume a dealer discount of $500/$750 on the two models.

Hello - looking to lease a '15 Countryman S. I understand there is $1500 customer cash and I think a $500 holiday credit that may have expired yesterday (11/10?).

Any word on money factor and residuals for December? I'm looking at both 24 and 36 month, 10k/year. Thanks.

I'm in So. California, by the way.

Not sure if you guys would know, but you seem to have the hookup on all sorts of stuff.

First question: Is the $500 customer cash stackable with the $500 USAA member incentive?

Second question: When I leased my last car (a mercedes) there was a tax credit (not a trade tax credit - there was no trade involved) - instead of paying the 6.25% rate that is normal in Texas, I only had to pay 1.5%. Does Mini offer anything like this on leases?

Last one: I think I read somewhere that you have the option on Mini leases to have the acquisition fee waived in exchange for a higher money factor. Is this the case, and if so, how much does the MF jump?

    Thanks!

    1) No info on stackability, but I would guess they are.

    2) Haven't seen anything on tax credits for MINI, but other makes have them in force, right now. Maybe it's an end of the year thing, in Texas? Wouldn't hurt to ask your dealer.

    3) Last I saw the MF bump was .00035 to waive the acquisition fee. It's usually better to pay the fee and roll it into the lease than take the waiver bump. Shorter terms and lower prices might tilt it the other way.

current MINI numbers and incentives expire 1/4/16, though the 2016 Countryman only shows $500 customer cash, not $1250.

Thank you for all the lease numbers!

    I'm looking for countryman s all4 and paceman s all4 mf/residuals. I understand paceman mf are a bit worse.

    2y/12k
    2y/15k

And if its not too much to ask 30 or 36 mo (which ever have better mf).

    Thanks!
    Happy motoring - on MINIs #5 (2013 fCJW) and #6 (2006 fJCW)

    .00131 and 58%.

If the MINI MSD program is similar to BMW (parent company), then it's 7 MSDs, each of which reduce the MF by .00007

    Good Evening -

    I am looking to lease a 2015 Countryman S -

If i understand correctly there is $2,000 available ($1500 customer cash plus $500 owner loyalty). Do you know if there is any dealer incentives from Mini available? (A couple dealers seem to be offering $4500 in discounts leading me to believe there is a few thousand hidden somewhere.

Also - can you confirm the residual and MF for both 10K/36 and 12k/36 in North Carolina:

    Thanks!

I only see the $1500 customer cash; use the "car research" tab at the top of the page to link to other incentives.

    36/15 numbers for the Countryman S - .00043 and 55%. Add 2% for 12K

Can you confirm the residual and MF for 12/36 on a Cooper Hardtop Base for NC
  • bmwerkenbmwerken Member Posts: 11
Wondering if you guys could help me review this deal. The price on the vehicle seems solid, significantly below invoice. However, I am having trouble seeing how this low car price ties to the lease payments. Note, I am putting down $2800 in multiple security deposits so the Cash Due is not a cap cost reduction but a reflection of the multiple security deposits to reduce the money factor.

Does this deal check out? They used .00089 and 58% as the reduced money factor because of the security deposits (originally .00131 before the security deposits).

If this is in CA, then the sales tax is wrong ... tax is applied to the monthly payment, not calculated up front.

    And, what is the MSRP?

Thank you, the sales tax broken out like that seemed odd. I am in Northern CA (8.75% sales tax). MSRP is $27,750.

Yes this is a 2015.. Is that MF correct? Should it be .000129 that works out to be about 3%, while the Countryman was .00043 or about 1%

Yep, those numbers are correct. Countryman is about ready to be replaced, so MINI is trying to move the existing inventory with the low MF.

Do you happen to have the January MF on a 2015 Hardtop 4Dr for 12k/36mo for NC? Was told the support on 2015 have been pulled.

Also do you know the bump on the MF if you waive the acquisition fee?

Do you happen to have the January MF on a 2015 Hardtop 4Dr for 12k/36mo for NC? Was told the support on 2015 have been pulled. Also do you know the bump on the MF if you waive the acquisition fee?
We don't have any MINI lease numbers for January, sorry.
We are taking delivery of a 2016 Countryman (base). Do you have MF and residuals for Feb?

Sorry, but we haven't had MINI numbers since December.

Have you still not received anything from MINI lately? I'm looking for numbers on a Mini Cooper base 4-door auto in California (3 year, 12k).

We didn't get any numbers for February.

Fingers crossed that we'll have better luck next month.

    Need end of lease advice:

Leased a 2013 Mini cooper S in Jan 2014 for 30 months/25k miles. The car has only 8500 miles on it with 4 months left on the lease. The Gross capitalized cost was 30,500 and the payoff is $17,400. Do you think with such low milage it would be dumb to give it back in or should I buy it out. The car has no problems and is in excellent condition.

    Thanks!

Look for MF and Residual for a 2015 Mini Cooper Hardtop 2 Door. 36 Month, 12,000 Miles a year.

Would Factory Incentives still apply for a previous loaner/program vehicle?

If the vehicle hasn't been titled, it is still eligible for new car lease rates.

That said, we didn't get any from MINI for March.
