There are only two variables in a lease - the negotiated cap cost and the MF. Get the lowest cap cost you can and ensure the dealer doesn't mark up the money factor on you.

For 36/15, the residuals are between 55-59% and the MF ranges from a low of .00066 to a high of .00108.

If you tell me which engine and trim level you are interested in, I can provide more specific numbers.

No April numbers .. we should see them late next week.

The residual is set by the bank and cannot be modified.

The money factor is set by the bank as well, but the dealer does have the authority to increase it for extra profit.

Premium - I'm getting a payment of $293.91/mo with tax

Base - $275.71/mo with tax

Ask the dealer what the net cap cost is for these cars - I suspect that number is higher than the selling price; if so, have the dealer explain how they got to that number.
