Same money factor but residual is 49%.. stick with 36 months on this model.

36 mos 10k lease in Ohio

Dealer numbers are: Resid 56% and here is what I don't like -- MF .00059

I thought the the March MF was .00017, the dealers quote seems high. Also I thought the Resid would be 57%.

Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. Thanks!

I just signed today on a 2015 Overland Diesel w/ advanced tech. I think I got a pretty good deal but want to see what you guys think. MSRP was 53,735 and they took a little over 4k off. I dont have all the numbers in front of me, but the final deal was 36/12k, 0 due at signing (not even first months payment) and they threw in the all weather floor mats, for $619/month.

Also for anyone in MA, what does excise tax usually run on these? I think its based on base MSRP for the particular model, not the MSRP of your specific VIN but I'm not sure.

I should also mention I'm coming from a 2013 Mercedes GLK250 lease which was $500/month but i put 2k down. I still have to check with my insurance agent to see how the Jeep will compare to the Mercedes.

Wondering what the numbers I should be getting for a 10k 36 month lease. Looking for MF, doc fees, residual, etc. I am in Ohio if this factors into anything.

The dealer will tell you that they have to charge everybody the same doc fee, but work hard to negotiate that amount out of the selling price to offset.

Perfect! Yeah, I am a nutty negotiator. My current 335i I drive took 180 emails before I even went in to test drive, and already have price negotiated as well as my trade in negotiated. Then I nitpicked it down even more. I have walked for $150.

One last thing, does Jeep do security deposits? I put nothing down on a lease, but BMW offers security deposits. You get the money back at the end of the lease(unlike money down), but since it knocks down the taxable amount, it saves you money over the life of the lease.

Jeep MF are so low to begin with that they don't offer MSDs like BMW.

What is the breakdown of the $2000 up front cash, if it doesn't include the first month's payment?

The low residual and (relatively) high MF, when compared to other trim levels, are hurting your payment.

For a 36 month lease, every $1000 savings on the cap cost translates to about a $28/mo savings on the payment.
