So I'm looking to lease a 2015 GLA250 for my mom. The only things she cares to have are Bluetooth and a backup camera. I think the dealer quoted at around $37k. What would be a good deal? I'm thinking $350 with 1k down? Is that a possibility? And I graduated from college recently, so I'm eligible for the recent grad incentive. Any insight is appreciated!

I don't track selling prices, so can't tell you how low you can get the price to.

Read back over the last few pages of this discussion or use the price tools from Edmunds (make / model / year pull downs at the top of the page).

Got a quote from the dealer for a GLA AWD, Msrp ~43000 Cap cost 41545, money factor .00196 residual 63 tax 9.9, 3k down, 585/mo for 36/12. Seems high to me especially with that down payment.

Base MF is .00146, so a big markup there. 63% residual.

Doesn't look like much of a discount for an outgoing model.

You need to know the CAP cost. For instance, I see no allowance for the $795 acquisition fee.

I just closed on a lease and wondering how good of a deal I got.  Unfortunately I didn't ask what the MF is even though I was aware of it by reading this thread prior to going to the dealer...

2016 GLA250 4matic black/black, brown wood trim, premium package, multimedia package, panoramic roof, bixenon lights, blind spot assist

Dealer price: 43500ish
Negotiated price: 38903.27.
Adjusted capitalized cost: 38413.74
RV: 28860.. 74%? Is that right, seems higher than what I've seen in this thread.
Terms: 36/7.5
3000 down (495 acq fee, 89.97 taxes, 132.50 license fees, 395 doc fee, 30.94 acq fee tax, 417.06 first payment)
$417.06/mo includes prepaid maintenance for 2 years $950. I think it was $399.xx after taxes before the maintenance addon, and $375.xx before taxes iirc (6.25% MA tax).

Wow Contra, nice work. As for the residual value, it isn't based off of the negotiated price, its based off the MSRP. So 28850/43500 = 66% which is still better than what's been posted. I'm curious how you got your acquisition fee so low, I thought $795 was standard? I wasn't even aware that this was negotiable. Also, what was your destination charge?

What reductions/rebates did you get? For November, it appeared there was a $500 Mercedes cash offer and a $1275 dealer contribution. I tried to get my salesman to confirm some of these numbers this morning, and he flat out refused to speak to me about it and hung up. Didn't respond to my follow up email where I let him know I was disappointed either.

Any word on what the December numbers will be? Same as I asked for yesterday:

Regarding the acquisition fee, I was under the same impression. I'm merely going off the numbers on my lease agreement, as I did not negotiate it that in depth. I do not have any destination fee listed on my lease agreement. Everything I listed out to the side of my down payment is what was in the "Amount Due at Lease Signing or Delivery" section.

To be honest, I did not go over any specials or discounts that were going on. I just gave them my price point and they worked it out from there. No haggling, they gave me the best offer they could do, take it or leave it.

I did reverse the calculations to get my money factor and it looks like it comes out to 0.00185 so I think that's where they got me. that's about $500 more over the 36 months vs the 0.00165 base if I did my math right. I really can't complain though since it's the 2016 model.. the whole time I thought it was for a 2015. Didn't even realize until later that night when I was reviewing the lease documents.
