Let's break this up into two transactions - the lease and the trade in.

Ignoring the lease, the numbers you've provided workout to a payment of $360/mo before tax. This assumes you pay the fees and tax up front - part of the $2700 down? - and not add it into the selling price.

Second, how many opinions have you gotten on the trade value? Head over to the "Real World Trade in Values" discussion to get an honest opinion. You might not be as upside down as you think.

Every $1000 of negative equity added to the lease amount raises your monthly payment about $28/mo before tax, so $3000 = $84/mo, or a total of $444/mo before tax.

I don't have the specific scores, but the MF is good for "Super Tier, Tier I and Tier II"

Nor do I have any information on what the increase in MF would be if not one of those tiers.

I am in SoCal looking at a 2015 GLA AWD, fully loaded: performance, multimedia, and sport pkg, pano sun roof, keyless.....$45,500 MSRP we are looking at lease for 15k/year for 36 months. including 4 maintenance pkgs (1 every 10,000 miles) we are looking at $1,000 down and $505/month. I have never considered lease before and I think I negotiated a great deal, but don't really know? Any thoughts?

4Matic? Base MF is .00121, so it's been marked up just a bit.

If I use $42,326 as the net cap cost (your price + acq fee + plates + tax - $1000 due at signing), I get a payment of $496/mo with .00131 or $489/mo with .00121.

Find out what the net cap cost is - there might be an additional fee added in.

Any new October numbers for a loaded GLA 250 AWD 36/10k or 36/12k? Any lease specials that help with the cost? I've seen on here and Truecar that people are getting them below invoice, so that's encouraging.

Initial deal was MSRP $34765 with dealer discount of $4885. Ended up with $331 per month (tax included) with $800 drive off. But they couldn't get us that car. So they offered another GLA with MSRP $35230 with $331 per month (tax included) and $600 drive off.
36 month lease, 10k miles. Acquisition fee of $1095 rolled into the lease. Yeah, that is the marked up acquisition fee but it seems all dealers in LA are using the marked up acquisition fee.

Oh, also forgot to mention. We did multiple security deposits which lowered the payment to $303 per month (10 MSDs). Some Mercedes dealers say that MSDs can only be done on the regular MF and not the promotional one however this dealer was able to apply to the promotional one. So I assume those other dealers just don't want to do MSDs. I believe their compensation is somewhat tied to the MF, so they don't want to lower it.
