Just want to share with you that we bought a 2010 Accord EX 4 cylinders at Norm Reeves/Cerritos last Fri. for $25,350 OTD ($22,691.47 plus TTL fee). Please email me at ttran68@att.net if you need addition information. Thanks everyone for sharing your buying experience.

I finally saw a few deals at better prices but went to a local dealer who I've head discussions with before.... I got an LX-P, not the LX...
I got it for:
$zero cap cost reduction down
$1260 paid upfront in fees (595 dmv, 199 registration, etc...).
They gave me $250 towards my last lease pmt of my old car (non-honda)
Total of $226/mo incl taxes. (12k miles/yr)
So net net cost over 36 months is about $9170. (Resid is 13760).
Also Included the window etching for $234 w/tax.
To note Honda recently lowered the Money Factor from .00133 to .000833. This saved me about $15/month.
Be sure you get this money factor when you negotiate a lease.
Best of luck!
p.s. There was no dealer loyalty, etc involved.
Sorry Typo error on the prices It is 23900
I got the quotation (Northern California) for $23900 (includes dest fee )+ tax and lic fees.
But he asks + $400 for enabling Alarm Security System. My impression is that EX-L comes with security system. His response was: What the car comes with is the basic security system that disables ignition when door is broken. This additional one adds more to the security system that works even when the door glass is broken/tamper ed..
Any suggestion if I should go for it// If I decline, they would disable this feature, leaving only factory supported basic security function..
Thanks

I am looking for 2009 EX-L w/ navi. Can you tell me what's your final deal and which dealership you got the deal from?
Appreciated!

So far I am seeing 14,800 but wonder if there is some more bargining room in there somewhere?
Thanks
We bought a 2010 Accord Sdn. EX-L V-6 w/navi, and vehicle had included Mud Flaps, and Pin Striping, OTD Price: $29,000. That is as good as we could get with all Honda Dealers within a 200 mile radius. We've had this car for nearly 2 weeks, and LOVE IT!!!
Any news???
Can you also email me the car dealer information (dshiah@yahoo.com).
Thanks,
Daniel
Thank you to all who post on these forums! The information provided (and advice) has been extremely helpful!! I am in the process of finalizing an "order" with a local dealer (SF Bay Area) for a 2010 Accord Coupe v6, EX-L with Nav, Manual Transmission black on black. (I am ordering the car since there are very few fully loaded manual v6 coupes in my state and none in my first choice color combo).
The agreed upon price for the car is $29,186 + TTL (my county's sales tax rate is 9.25% so that is going to add a pretty penny). I thought this was very reasonable price especially since the car has to be ordered (and is only about $100 over the invoice price listed on Edmunds)
In case helpful to anyone out there....Overstock.com has a "car" tab on their site. Basically, in some areas, there are local dealers who are "certified" by Overstock to provide a low price (and some have a low price guarantee). The thing I thought was cool about it is that if there are certified dealers in your area...you can see the prices they offer instantly. There aren't certified dealers in all areas but it could be helpful to some folks out there.
Bought it from ElK Grove Honda.
I also found the Sonata seat padding (behind my back) was very very soft and cushy. So cushy in fact there was no air-flow so I sweated quickly. Prob the only draw back vs the Honda. These cars are both good choices.
I'm in the market to buy or lease a 4 cylinder EX sedan. So far my best quote is $21,331 plus fees. Not sure if this is good or not? Also, on some of the quotes list a "processing fee" anywhere from $300 to $385. Is this a legit fee, or just cash in the dealers pocket? Is this negotiable? Thanks in advance for any help!
With the added dealer fee you are about $900 above the best I could do on an in-stock 2009 EX Sedan. Since the 2009s have a $1500 factory to dealer incentive you are doing very well if you can get it for that price.
Thanks.
I guess now you may be able to get below this
Thanks

Thanks.
I have a question from the other side. Are there any guesses as to when Honda might put a 1500 marketing support on the 2010s? Does that usually happen in the spring or early summer?
The model I might be interested in would be the EXL navi 4 cylinder with navigation and a manual trans.....Already have one, and it's a great car.
Is Honda still offering the Accord in that configuration (I4 EX-L with Nav and a Manual Trans)? I was just curious, since it's not currently listed on Honda's website as a configuration for the 2010's in their build and price section (but was for 2009). Possibly an error on the website?
Looking to get this car if the price is right.

Going from a basic 2000 Mazda 626, I am beyond excited with my new car!
Good luck!
So you shoppers know depending on where you are located there is less than 200 cars seperating the top 10 dealers in the country and they are trying to compete, this is the time of year for those that are in the race to blow out cars.( go figure, the positioning is more important than the profit or lack of) and yes as a retired GM that ran one of the largest dealerships in the country this $%#*&%$ HAPPENS
If you sell 5 or 6 thousand cars a year at X profit and thens comes December and you blow out a couple of hundred cars at a thousand or so loss and add that to the entire year it only skews the number by a minimum amount of dollars per vehicle average gross profit ( It is all about the bragging rights)
Ok, number 1 is in the Northeast( no one will catch him) after that they are spread out a little NY to Calif. Maybe your dealer is one of them like bennet 12 who posted cause his numbers seem to put him in that catagory.
And the answer is NO out of all do respect I will not post the standings or locations for 2 reasons.
1) Some of these are my friends
2) Not fair to those BUYERS or DEALERS that are in areas of the country where they dont have this option and the buyer may end up in a position of paying a little more, and that is not to say that they wont end up with a great deal for their geographical area and smaller dealers nationally cant afford to play this game.
Anything else that I can help with ??
Happy Holidays

MSRP = 22,565 (incl Destination)
Invoice = 20,732
Best offer on table = 19,888 + Tax/DMV/Docs (written offer in email, I get the feeling that can lower with in-person visit)
How much room do I have for negotiation? Would appreciate recent purchase prices + any specific tips to negotiate further.
Good deal?
